Brilliant town for all those that live to eat - an exciting variety of known high-street restaurants, independent cafes and weekly ethnic market stall cuisine. Two shopping centres contain student loved brands, so be ready to claim on your discount! Various bars and pubs make for a long and messy pub crawl. Alternatively, these pubs offer wood fires and quirky cask ales for a quiet pint over a book or a 3000 word essay. For the more traditional party goer Uxbridge has one multi-room nightclub, but if that doesn't hit the spot the town has 2 speedy lines to central London which hosts an array events and clubs. Other routes to central and around the hillingdon area involves the reliable bus service; though if your like me Uber is a quicker alternative that is available in the entire area of London. Uxbridge has a modern cinema complex, pool/snooker bar and scenic canal for evening walks - perfect for making new friends or loves.

A great town centre for shopping and socialising. There's a nice selection of pubs and restaurants and great transport connections in to central london.
