Met great people and I love the location of the uni but not enough lecture halls that hosts over 250 students (Ive had lectures at other nearby universities or even hotel conference halls instead, which is not the most ideal of places). I do maths but I can’t see where my £9250 per year tuition fees go because we literally require no equipment and not all lecturers are great (though most are), or they haven’t even upgraded or improved or facilities - our department is the same buildig as student union and we have old classrooms/lecturer halls.

Campus is very central which is both good and bad. We are close to most of the attractions in London, yet don't really get away from the ambulances and bustle of central London. The campus is, however, a haven from the bustle. University has good facilities (e.g. lecturecast, microphones etc) but does not always use them. In order to do most field sports, we have to go to Watford, where the official UCL training ground is, which is a bit of a trek, and not ideal. the union does provide buses but there is often not enough space or they run late, or various other problems. On the other hand, there is a gym on campus.

UCL is smack bang in central London so you literally have everything on your door step. You’re in one of the best cities in the world and surrounded by some of the smartest people in the country plus it’s just a hub for pretty much every career. You can get in touch with many a high flyer as they probably also live in London so you have easier access to make contacts. However this does come at a price and that is the damn expense of it all and UCL isn’t fab at being good for poorer students. London is expensive. Halls are expensive. And you have to kind of grit your teeth and drag yourself through if you don’t come from a well off background.

Coursemates are friendly, but just that everyone has their own circles its hard to fit in. For example the french kids do not allow any non french in their social circle, the chinese kids hate speaking to other people, sometimes they just ignore others ...

Campus is okay, parts being renovated. Libraries are a nightmare, impossible to find computer space during exam season. Cafes on campus are a great place to work and offer well paid jobs. Gym is small and often v busy but is fairly well equipped.

Teachers know their job and are always there to help with any questions. Administration team is also working perfect, all notifications and changes are up-to-date. The campus is quite comphortable and clean

UCL whilst it has a great uni vibe with a fantastic range of people and great social life, the teaching resources and facilities are hugely lacking. The lecturers are terrible, there is hardly any space to do group work and really as an engineering student im terribly disappointed.

As an international student, I found the staff and lecturers very helpful and approachable. The environment is conducive for critical thinking and allows for mental growth. The student body is vibrant and includes members with different nationalities, and the student union organizes various events throughout the year.

Facilities are good, however lecture theatres are often oversubscribed.. sometimes people have had to sit on the floor. Although the buildings are good, it's disappointing that there is little organisation in terms of numbers. Students Union is good and very helpful members of staff and students

Amazing libraries and learning facilities. Student satisfaction rates are low, especially in architecture.

Lecturers are very enthusiastic and mostly deliver subject content well. All facilities within campus are excellent and overall a very good place to study.

Great staff, good careers opportunities and good facilities. More organisation for room space needed at times and more toilets needed in IOE.

The university is awesome and gives students the full opportunities to explore their full potential and realise their opportunities in the future

university itself is very cramped but in a superb location and facilities are great. Also the 24h libraries are a huge help to get through work.

The main campus is nice and gives students a feel of campus life. The facilities such as computers in most libraries are up-to-date and gives student easy access to internet. Perhaps sports facilities could be made more accessible to more students.

Not enough study spaces, bad lecture theatres, staff is not friendly, organisation is not very good overall. Bloomsbury fitness is dirty.

Student experience is great, university big wigs , not so much. Staff and lecturers generally lovely and friendly, but the actual people in charge need to put a priority on education over making money off of us

UCL has been an interesting journey. We do miss the advantages of being in one campus because we are quite scattered but we have a good atmosphere in the departments with one another. The teaching is great quality and I love the capacity fire independant research here.

UCL's location is fantastic, and the resources and libraries are great, and the diversity of thought and of people you'll meet is unmatched. However, there are not enough study spaces on campus at all, and the University is incredibly disorganised.
