Nights out are always good in London, the weekly food shop is always more expensive as it’s central London. There are always lots of events going on in London so you can never be bored and can always find something to do.

London is a huge city and it is easy to feel lost here, due to the sheer amount of people. Going to a London uni can be intimidating as there is no sense of campus life, as it would be in smaller universities outside London. Public transport has good links but is expensive, better to cycle but is quite dangerous in congested areas. Shopping and eating out have numerous options to suit everyone, as with entertainment, there is lots of good free stuff to do. Eating out does get quite pricey though being in London. As for nights out, student nights are the best deals, drink quickly gets expensive, hear its much cheaper outside London.

There is always something to do in London! Many westend shows to go and see, many restaurants, and an amazing night life! Heaven is my favourite night club in London, located near embankment tube station. I also enjoy a night out for dinner in Leicester Square before going to to see a musical!

Overall, uni in London is amazing- but budget because drinks are crazy prices, and it’s easy to spend a lot on so many great things to do! Saying that, so much is also free it doesn’t have to cost a fortune (or your student loan, anyway!)

Fantastic area for student life. Never ending list of new clubs, although some can be quite pricey but that's london in general. Easyou to find part time work to balance out the expense of London but it's worth it to study in one of the best cities in the world.

London is a great city, I’ve been having great fun here. I’ve met people from all walks of life. There are endless restaurants to go to for after an exam or a special date (spend wisely, you’ll find you’re broke most of the time). For shopping there is Westfield in Stratford that I can get to in 30 mins from my Uni and it’s fantastic. However everything from food to accomadation is definitely on the pricier side. Having a budget and making a plan does not always deter you from overspending 🙄.

It’s in the centre of London so easy to travel to Oxford street and other locations such as Camden or Shoreditch.

Though it seems overwhelming at first you quickly get used to how busy the main/popular areas are and have fun finding less busy and often cooler places to hang out in. The tube is really easy to navigate (especially with the tube maps app) which means you can pretty much go anywhere and do anything when you want to and it’s not too expensive if you link your railcard to your oyster.

London is a great place for nightlife, and creative people. As a fashion/textiles student, London is where it's all at, industry and creative people wise. I would 100% recommend studying here if you want to get in the creative buzz.

There are millions of amazing locations for nights out, eating and drinking in central London!! The app ‘drinki’ Allows students and adults alike to experience the best cocktail haunts across the city...with the first round free! Not only are such culinary experiences exclusive to London, but as an arts student, there are never a shortage of galleries, cinemas and theatres to keep the creative imagination entertained!! The southbank alone provides a positive metropolis of culture -from the Tate to the globe to the national theatre, there is surely a choice to suit all tastes !!

Very accessible area with loads of supermarkets around. Accessible to Oxford street too. Pretty average area in terms of money spending.

Expensive to live in. Otherwise It's a nice social place with a lot of diversity. There is also a lot to do here with good Shisha spots

The place is the most culturally diverse place I’ve ever been to. Really eye opening and fast paced.

We are close to the seaside and a hughstreet with great food and bars! Nightlife is fun and lively, with everything on your doorstep including transport, accommodation and the university itself!

Regent Street, University Of Westminster. It is probably the most centrally located campus in the world for any university. Couldn't be more convenient.

I found London a great place to study, I enjoyed the liveliness and the diversity. I made the best of friends and did not stop meeting interesting people at the student halls and bars. There’s always something to do and getting around on public transport is great.
