Teaching is varied in quality. Some really take time to help you, others just tell you what to do without showing you how. Facilities and mood around campus are/is excellent though.

Great campus and brilliant library. The students union are always doing something for everyone to get involved with. My experience so far has been great.

Friendly staff. 100 percent would recccomend this university, it is located in the centre of town which makes it easy to access all shops. Absolutely brilliant facilities for all branches of learning.

Overall it’s been a good uni, but nothing special. I have felt that I could’ve gone to any other uni and got a similar experience. The careers service was very helpful placement year and overall the lecturers have been good but we’ve had a few that have let us down.

The university is very good I am really enjoying my time here. I am currently a first year student doing a 4 year course. The facilities and university are fantastic.

The campus is very nice and looks good. However, the course and content of the course isn't great and could do with a lot of improving.

My course has been the best part of my university experience, I’ve met amazing people and skills I will carry throughout my life. Definitely a positive experience, had so much help and support.

Good facilities, campus is packed close together so doesn't require a lot of travel between buildings. I study interior design and it's one of the best universities in the country for the course

The facilities are really good and there is a clear sign of investment in the university as a whole. For my specific course however (history), there seems to be a lack of interest in the sense that there are very few books available for our specific modules and ones that are there only have a couple of copies available. The academics here are a mixed bag. Whilst you can get some outstanding lecturers who are at the top of their field, there seems to be more who are leaving than coming into the university and so as a fallback we have PHD students who are very average. You feel constantly like if you had gone to a different university things may be a lot better, especially if you have experienced anything of a leading university in the subject...the difference is night and day.

The campus is new and beautiful, built in a lovely town. I'm studying drama and the facilities, stages, set, props, tech, lighting, everything is amazing. Best of all is the tutors, kind, caring, intelligent people who are doing their best for you and your degree.

My course when I started seemed ace, but a lot of tutors have left and I feel a bit cheated, locked into a degree that I feel has gone down in value, especially as they’ve increased fees!

Absolutely love my uni, everything all cantered in the town. Close to bars and restaurants if you fancy a meal out and the housing surrounds the uni. Facilities are great although the gym needs improving mostly due to the large numbers of students that use it. Thoroughly enjoy my course and wouldn’t ever want to change which uni I went to!

The help I recieve is amaziing and the lecturers will help students and answet any questions. The resources are incredible and the campus isn't too big or too small with improvements being made every year. The campus has a wide selection of food to cater to the hunger of anyone. The library is one of the best I've seen with a huge range of books and E books that can be obtained using the Summon search engine. Administration in the university will not hesitate to solve problems and give advice.

The campus is clean and easy to navigate. With a great library and learning support facilities. Only down side I can think of is limited social space especially with in the SU area.

My course could be a little more interactive and more organised but apart from that the students union and the uni it’s self it great.

My time at the University of Huddersfield was a phenomenal experience. I studied drama and the course was absolutely top notch. The tutors were experts in their respective fields and so we're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities were state of the art, so it made putting together performances that much easier. I'm my opinion, I'd definitely say Huddersfield University, in particular the drama course, is one of the best in the country.
