The campuses are very well facilitated, there’s newer buildings which are quite good. There’s a couple of gyms, swimming pool, outdoor and indoor halls for sports. Lecturers are usually very helpful. The student union offer lots of different services, although some members pledge to do certain things but never do. WiFi is poor, and halls are quite expensive

I am part of a collaboration between the university of Hertfordshire and oaklands college called UCSA aka university campus St. Albans, this allows me to use all of the facilities at both campuses and study part time, this has allowed me to complete my degree whilst raising two babies, as I am only 21 this has been the best way possible for me to still achieve a successful career and have my family so youmg, the teachers are very supportive and due to personal circumstances have in the past phoned ,e up to check I am okay and doing well, there is a crèche on campus, plus I can do ,y exams on the computer at home! The university also has a research department for those who want to start a business, charity etc which I will be making use of when I graduate this summer from my 3rd year of BA business management and innovation the UH has been my life savour

Fantastic campus, accommodation is great (a little pricey but worth it). Active Students is amazing, they run free sport around the university for students and staff. There are always things to do. Nightlife is good, got a club on campus and buses into Watford and trains into London are close.

The campus’s are really nice as I believe they have been renovated recently, however in terms of the facilities, there is a lot of room for improvement. To pay £9000 a year for education, we would expect printing to be free, electricity to work, computers to be fast and of great condition, and for tutors to teach without undermining a student. Also there have been occasions where I have gone to lecture and had to sit on the floor in an extremely over crowded room. Majority of the programme leaders are amazing and very helpful and encouraging.

During my time at uni I’ve always had a very good learning experience with all staff being helpful throughout. The facilities have always been very good although food and printing costs can become quite expensive. There’s always been workshops and appointments for careers services which has been very useful especially when thinking about graduate jobs.

The careers services is one of the best facilities available as they are very helpful with all kinds of job applications. The library also very good. It is massive with different facilities to accommodate different studying preferences.

It is a great campus. Spacious and great for walking around to get a break. Wi-Fi is bit on the poor side but it is slowly improving. Support for student is good and the online study network is useful for finding out timetables and assignments as well as lecture notes.

The Forum Hertfordshire an entertainment venue that incorporates a nightclub and 3 bars - dance the night away, catch a band or DJ set, or just grab a bite to eat. The Ele House - a relaxed student pub offering good value bar snacks and drinks, pool tables etc. Drop in for a quiet drink after lectures or meet friends for lunch. Club de Havilland - based on our de Havilland campus, this club offers good food, drinks and entertainment, and it's large hall is used for everything from Salsa lessons to gala dinners. Cafes and restaurants - Our campuses are home to more than a dozen cafes and eateries offering you plenty of choice if you don't fancy cooking.

Okay uni, good for nightlife and for societies. Not much to do around the area as there are not that many pubs in hatfield. Bars on the campus are really good but can be a little crowded

I study primary education and the tutors are so supportive and are adamant with getting all students the best experience and grades possible.

It's a good university and has a really nice campus with various facilities. Most of the staff are helpful to you and will do their best to support you and make sure you are comfortable.

Good however tutors could be a little less relaxed when it comes to pulling up disruptive students. Curriculum is well thought out and have always prepared me for my assessments.

It’s a good, sleek modern campus split over the distance of about a mile making cross campus transport a short walk but if you are lazy like me there’s also a free inter shuttle bus 😂 #Banging

Great campus, fantastic staff. The best experience, last 3 years have been amazing. I've met so many wonderful people on my course and outside of it, and joining societies has been fun too.

Currently in my final year and I've loved every second of these past 2 half years. The LRC is amazing. Perfect for all nighters when you've got exams and assignments due😂

Campus is huge, many great facilities but the WIFI is the worst thing. Also, there aren't many life here in Hatfield, shops close earlier. There are only houses, a small outlet (The Galleria), groceries store, and luckiest - a train station to London.

Good facilities but unorganized. The library is a credit to the uni and really helpfulThe lecturers differ in opinion so they mark work differently. Times of lectures change last minute and lectures can often be late or forget about the session.

practically no complaints, excellent campus, great access to facilities, lovely staff, friendly societies. couldn't be happier

I enjoy university a lot, and the experience to me is amazing. It's rather easy to get around the university after a few weeks of being there. Facilities are good even though I've yet to use them.
