Facilities are brilliant and (most) staff are very encouraging and supportive. The courses tend to showcase a diverse range of topics so that students can gain new experiences within their chosen subject.

QUB has a beautiful campus right next to the Botanic gardens and also the library also overlooks the gardens too which during exam season is always a plus!

Quality of teaching is quite good and overall good job in guiding and giving information about the subject. However, the management is bad - personal tutor isn't helpful at all although they are approachable. Nothing was done regarding strikes.

Really good student union in a good location which offers several places to hang, and student accommodation is very nice with a large relaxing communal area which is great for first years, the main campus build is picturesque and is located next to a botanical gardens which has a tropical house and large green house perfect for small breaks to ease stress, the library is very large and open, i doubt many university libraries could compete, the accomodation in Belfast is very cheap compared to rest of the uk cities and most other things are cheap too, the course itself was okay but the math modules i did lacked any sort of continuous assessment and only depended on one final exam, this has been changed though, this course layout has changed since i graduated last year

Queens University Belfast is a great university. The lecturers on my course (CIT) are very informative and helpful. There are a lot of food places nearby, and the facilities especially for computer science are world class. The library and gym are great too - I only wish you didnt have to pay an extra fee for the gym - that seems a bit much if I'm being honest.

Brilliant student city die to small size - easy to get to know people and everything is within walking distance or a short bus journey. Nightlife is good. Staff very helpful. Campus easy to get around.

Queen’s is a great university with really dedicated and innovative staff members who deliver class material from their own background of extensive knowledge and expertise. As a postgraduate, the careers service is prompt and helpful in paving the path to your chosen career! The facilities and student union at uni are all in close distance of each other and serve to create a welcoming and friendly environment in a student friendly area. Queen’s has been very different for me as a postgrad compared to an undergrad but I feel that my course has provided me with the tools to progress in the future.

The campus is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. We are provided with the latest technology and services available. My course, Architecture is a long and incredibly hard course to complete as it requires a lot of time and money.

I feel arts students at Queen’s are not very well looked after. While the lecturers and tutors work hard to help us, I feel the university as a whole does not care and the faculty is extremely underfunded. I am, overall, not very satisfied with my university experience so far and feel it has been a waste of time and money.

The university has been getting restored for a year or so now so I can't review the appearance. The university site is always clean with little litter. Access to SU is good with the traffic lights. Although access to public transport is near perfect, there's not alot of parking available for students who have to drive making it very difficult. The website could be improved by making an app so you don't have to login in every 5minutes.

With the strikes that have continued, Queens has not done enough to help their own lecturers and future lecturers. Additionally, there’s a 15% wage gap between men and women and they have not taken a single measure to help that.

The campus is so beautiful that we feel that we are in Hogwarts. The facilities are up to the mark. The library is huge with loads of seating (this is a big deal!) and the gym is really good.

Great university with excellent educational facilities. Tutors are extremely helpful and approachable at all times. Community and fellow students are extremely friendly and helpful.

As a Finance student, I am mainly based around the main queens building- the PFC building. As a business student, The facilities im open to are tremendous- trading room being one. My course is difficult but definitely worth it- it offers a year in business which Queens provide a placement office for that could not help with the whole process any better!

Definitely for you if you wish to live and experience city life. The academic teaching not as good as expected for such a highly talked about university. Careers service fantastic and student guidance centre always there to help, providing extremely fast responses.

The medical course is pretty intense but I would say the training is worth it as they integrate early patient contact in the first and second year. We had sufficient facilities.

Good facilities they are currently rebuilding the students union to improve services further. Good medicine course. Buildings are all very new.

The campus is beautiful surroundings. The campus I am on is Stranmillis and they can be organised at times. The careers service is fantastic and there is great facilities to help us learn to the best of our abilities. I would recommend primary teaching at this college to anyone. It’s amazing.

The course was very good and the detailed content within the course was very well thought out and structured throughout each of the three years. There was also a large amount of opportunities for sporting clubs to be joined and for new students to really settle in to the environment that they are living in

The campus is beautiful and fabulous location! Just a twenty minute walk to town and all the buildings are close to halls. Elms Village is a great student village with a handy shop in the centre.
