Kingston university (Hill campus) is a fun, relaxed and great campus. It is close to the town center and good transport facilities - free university bus. The library in Kingston Hill is amazing, big and the staff are very helpful. The course I am doing us Business management and is really enjoyable. I get along with all my lecturers and they are teaching me life long skills. I have made many new friends at University and I feel very comfortable at this campus.

Amazing lecture resources and interactive activities. The lecturer explains content in many ways ensuring the topic is well understood by everyone. The societies are very inactive as not many events happening nor there's quick response about the latest update on what's going on.

The Kingston hill campus provides very good facilities and help to students not only with study but also work application and cv processes.

Improvement since the beginning of my course, introduction of the loan laptops and also the encouragement of student voice in which we get to leave a survey and also the big student meeting where we are able to have the spotlight for a few minutes to explain our views to imrpove the uni and have a whole assembly of students to either approve the idea or disapprove really makes people more involved towards the improvement of the university life.

Need more fresher events, bus service is really good, career services are good. The lecturers don't seem to enjoy teaching but facilities in lecture rooms are modern and high tech.

The university is very good, helps people make friends and allows them to blend in completely. Also, the lecturers are very helpfull when it comes to assignments. However, some lecturers just read of the powerpoint which makes it pointless to turn up to the lectures.

Campus has been improved recently with refurbishment and a new building is in construction. There are facilities for prayer and disabilities. There is no SU nightclub however there are many societies to choose from and join. The careers services run regular events and email inviting students as well as holding walk in sessions. My departments is particularly well ran and staff members also support extracurricular endeavours related to the course and have helped students to host conferences at the university.

I recently started and so far it's been good But I don't like the teaching style of a few of my lecturers they make the subject uninteresting for me. The facilities should be good when the new building opens next year

Canvas service is very useful and easy to navigate around, and it is very useful that the majority of lecture slides are put on there. Lectures and seminars are very interesting as well. Great library resources. The only problem is with the food pricing in the canteen!

I go to the Kingston hill campus and I can honestly say it is such a lovely campus, all the members of staff are lovely and so caring! They have many different areas where you can go to study and where you can grab lunch Starbucks or subway and cater for everyone’s nutritional needs! I study adult nursing and it is a fantastic course so much to learn and you also have so much to learn with like fake dummies, they also bring in real people to act out real life situations, the course can be stressful but what couse isn’t.

It’s quite good but lectures need to be interactive so I can learn more. I don’t like slideshows I can’t learn from them. More help and extra revision.

I can't think of a single thing that I did not love about my uni. The teachers, especially on my politics modules, were increadible. They were all very passionate about the subjects they taught and it was a great experience being a part of their modules. My lecturers also always made sure to help me if I needed it and were always very understanding if i needed to ask for an extended dealine, or otherwise. I felt as if though they genuinely cared about me as a person and not just as a student and from experience I have learnt that this is an invaluable characteristic in a teacher. The facilities are very good, although the bathrooms are sometimes out of convenience on Penhryn Road Campus. However, from what I know this is being taken care of as the university has been renovating a lot over the past few months. Apart from this, the buildings are very fresh and modern. The library is very extensive, as is the online resources that students of the uni are given access to. The library is also a great place to study as there are loads of seating, including group study and individual study rooms. While I at first though the university demanded to to many payments for causes other than tuition and accommodation, I have now realized that they provide many services for free than other universities do. For instance, Kingston University have a free bus service that is available to all students. For the past two years I have also been given certain equipment such as post it notes, pencils and note books by the university at the beginning of the first teaching blosk. Every student is also given a book at the beginning of each term as a part of KU Big Read. Students are encouraged to read it if they are new at the university as this will give them something to talk to their classmates about. As a part of the Big Read, the authors of the books are usually invited to speak to the students about their work during induction week. In my first year I therefore got the opportunity to meet Nick Hornby, author of famous novels such as About a Boy, Fever Pitch and High Fidelity. This was an experience that I have treasured throughout my time at Kingston University. The University often invites people from other professions as well to speak to students. This can include designers, politicians, poets, activists, artists, etc. The diability department was very helpful when I e.g. needed to have an issue between me and a lecturer resolved. However, the best part of my universtiy experience, apart from the course I took, was the relationship I developed with my mentor, who was provided to me as a means of support by the disability department. My mentor was simply amazing and she helped me with my assignments, as well as with resolving issues with the accommodation department and organising my everyday life. In addition to this, she always made sure to put my well-being first, and because of this she made sure to begin every session by talking about how my week had been. Finally, while I will admit that I experienced some very annoying problems with the university as a result of poor communication on their part, attending Kingston University is a choice I know, with absolute certainty, that I will never regret. When I first came there my social phobia was so bad that I considered forgetting about attending university, but with the amazing support I got from my lecturers and especially my mentor, I managed to overcome my fear. Now, three years later, I am much more confident and I am able to conquer my social phobia if I need to.

Lecturers are very helpful and friendly, always there to help and give advice. The location of the university is great, near town, 30 minutes from central London. The student union is good and definitely improves your student experience.
