Town Is lovely but it does have its positives and negatives. All the nightclubs are underground which gives it a really cool atmosphere. There are tons of places to eat, including very fancy restaurants. The city itself is beautiful. The town has a lot of students and hence there is a student atmosphere which makes it more fun. Only downside is that a lot of places close early compared to bigger cities.

Nightlife isn't amazing, uni is either a large trek up a hill or long wait at bus stop for a bus that will probably be late. Lots of toursists as well but overall is a very nice place to live

Bath is a lovely city with beautiful landscapes however if you are looking for a party town this is not the place. If you like fine dining and a good wine and cheese night Bath is fabulous. For a good night out Bristol is a short 15 minute train ride away. All the clubs in Bath are underground due to it being a UNESCO site with the Roman baths and all close at 2am. The shopping is nice with a wide variety of shops recently refurbished next to the bus station. Although doesn't have all the shops but has the majority. The place in general is very expensive a pint will cost you £5 and so is very similar to London prices.

Great student city. A bit expensive but there are a lot of student deals in nearly every store or bar. Stil, Uni bus is a bit of a mess.

Bath is a very beautiful historic city. The city centre is very clean with almost no litter on the floor. Although it's a rather small city, there are plenty on options on where to eat and is home to a lot of high street shops such as Top Shop and H&M but also has a few hidden gems, such as The Fudgr Shop.

The city as a whole has the perfect balance of city life surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are plenty of parks spread throughout the city and some beautiful architecture. Plenty of little privately owned restaurants and cafes that are quaint and unique, but also has chain food places that offer wonderful student discounts. Overall a vibrant city that has a lot to offer but it's a little pricey.

A wonderful city with many attractions. For myself the greatest attraction is it's proximity to the countryside being sandwiched between the Cotswold's and Mendips. These are easily accesible for many walks by car though would be more challenging by public transport.

Bath is a great city for students as it's very safe, conveniently located close to London (only an hour and 15 mins by train) and only 10-15 mins away from Bristol. There are a wide array of shops and restaurants and despite having only a few handful of clubs, they all do a different student night on separate days of the week.

There are lots of places to eat here, I'm never short on somewhere to go. The buildings here are beautiful and there are lots of amazing sights, like the Royal Crescent and Roman Baths. I never get tired of walking around town. There are lots of shops that range from high street shops to high end brands. The Bath Christmas Market is amazing, definitely the best I have been to. There are lots of local businesses at it and it looks beautiful. I don't go on many nights out but there is a Wetherspoons, lots of cocktail bars, and quite a few nightclubs. It's easy to get around Bath when you get used to it. There's lot to transport options, and it's really easy to get to the train station. Bath is pretty good value for money, the cost of living is a bit higher than other places but it is worth it for the city.

Bath is an amazing student city, bursting with history, restaurants, shops and good night-life. Due to being a world heritage site, clubs have to be underground or contained to reduce sound pollution so are limited in space but always packed. If you don't fancy piling into the sweaty basements, Bristol is just a 10 minute train away where you can explore the world-class clubs. I think it's a win-win city, you can enjoy the stunning scenery and quaintness of Bath while being close enough to the bustling metropolis of Bristol.

Beautiful places to go in the city centre whilst taking in the sights. Fabulous shopping facilities and a wide range of shops. Amazing restaurants with a variety of entertainment nearby.

Really pretty city, great for shopping and good transport links between Bristol, the University of Bath etc. although university buses do get extremely busy in the afternoon

There are lots of things to do both during the day and at night. It's a beautiful city to just walk and there are lots of shops for clothes and food.

Very good range of shops. Shops for young and older people all located within short distance of each other. Lots of restaurants of a wide variety. Lots of nightclubs however they are all very small and so get very crowded. Beautiful city with lots of history and places for tourists to go.

I love the balance in bath between built up city and green open spaces. It is all very compact and easy to get around whether you walk, cycle or get public transport. Nightlife has a bit of everything and is what you make of it! The food is similar as it has something for everyone and always broadening

Amazing city, lots of great views, great university and people. Sweet and geniuses. It's like home for me. Uni of Bath is amazing The place has everything, from shopping to art to cinema. Close to London also, very easy transport within city and outside.

Beautiful city and you feel very safe. The nights clubs are okay but not amazing, however, the pubs are nice and do student offers!! A variety of restaurants to choose from as well and easy access to the city by either walking or bus.

It's a beautiful city with lots of shops, restaurans and museums. It's nice but rather expensive city. And in the mornings the traffic is horrible.

Fun nights out, no matter what you want - night clubs, bars, theatre, cinema and a huge range restaurants! Lots of shops for clothing, food and boutiques. The city is beautiful and exciting always with a buzz about it.

Nights out in Bath are great. There's a range of nightclubs, from indie to grime, dnb to 80s- there's something for everyone! Entry into clubs can be a bit on the pricey side, along with drinks, as with any city. But once you're in, you're guaranteed a great night! There's also plenty of shops, with many designer brands, in addition to budget shops (like primark!) In addition, there are many places to eat: cafes, Thai, Chinese, Italian... the list goes on. Bath is a great place to study and a great place to live!

Beautiful part of the world. World Heritage sites, great for friends and family to visit you. Variety of clubs but usually a tame night out. Very safe. Loads of different shops and also close to Bristol for an even bigger shopping experience. One of my favourite places.
