Last year (my first year) was at park campus was really good. This year I'm at Waterside campus which is good because it's near the town centre and is modern however the move has been messy and several lectures have been cancelled due to this. There are also no big lecture halls as they are focusing more on active blended learning. I prefer the lecture halls . The so called student Union, the platform, is overpriced and not very good.

With the campus being brand new I have thoroughly enjoyed spending my days here so far. The facilities are brilliant: laptops for hire, silent study areas, multiple cafes etc. The student union is resistant to the grade 2 listed building the Engine Shed which is a really cool aspect of this uni, it's so quirky. When you join you receive so much info both on paper and through the univsiety integrated learning experience NILE which is so helpful.

The campus and buildings are very beautiful. The course leaders are very helpful and give a lot of guidance

The new campus looks nice, my course is really good in terms of travelling (international business). The student union is not that great and could do with improvements particularly the acs society. My overall experience has been many highs and a few lows.

Really nice quiet area to study, and many facilities opened for students. The course and lectures are really if great help. The location of the university far from town though and no free uni buses for students

The campus is great and everything is near by which is convenient. The teaching staff are great and so is security. My experience here at Northampton is getting better and better.

The new built Waterside campus provides great technical support for learning and teaching. The University of Northampton offers a variety of courses, from which I've chosen Psychology.

I've absolutely loved my time at Northampton, so much so that I've continued my postgraduate here too. The course has been interesting, stimulating, and challenging and the staff have been supportive and encouraging. The multitude of societies and clubs makes sure that everyone can make friends with people with similar interests and creates a strong community within the student body.

Recently moved to a new campus in the town centre, clearly a new modern building but missing a few things such as water fountains or plugs in the rooms in conveniant places

I study nursing and the course is rather disoriented and the placements are not very well organised. There are some amazing lecturers who deserve my tuition fee and some who really just aren’t up to scratch. I wish I’d gone to a different uni with better priorities than spending money to build new buildings whilst building a new campus

Course was unorganised and unsuitable. Multiple changes in lecturers due to student complaints and final year made more stressful by being hauled into a wrongly accused academic misconduct meeting for plagiarism of a website on communism on an essay about the co op

The course I study is economics, most of the classes are easy to follow as we have great lecturers how ever over the past few years we had a few changes of lectures which led to difficulty for some students to adapt to a different a new style of learning and lectures . The university as a whole is helpful and when students are stryffling with personal issues they are helpful and take personal matters seriously. The career advice is also excell by which lectures emailing students at every turn when they get information about careers. Overall I have enjoyed my studies at Northampton university

The University of Northampton helped me grow as a person and pushed me to push myself. The overall uni experience was interesting, the lecturers made it very enjoyable and overall the course was fun. The campus was small but the courses were spread out well with each course having a different area. I would say the university isn’t compeltely organised as there have been a few problems and mishaps this year regarding organisation of events but overall it’s been a great experience.

Not very organised, not a lot of support for students and one lecturer will say one thing and another will say something different

Pretty campus. However, it isn't very close to the town centre. It is moving to the town centre later this year. My university experience at Northampton has been disorganised. I experienced problems enrolling and lots of last minute chnges on the course. The course also was not explained very well before accepting my place.

Thought that the university experience was very organised and enjoyable, good nice town and park campus is in a good location with appropriate facilities on site such as the student hub, lubarbg well looked after and the staff are extremely friendly and happy to help when needed, they do go the same extra mile for you! The sports clubs are wel organksed and you don’t have to pay which is a bonus

Good university, well organised compared to Coventry I went to before. The tutors are very involved with the students and care about us- however I would recommend that parking and travel be looked into. As in our new campus there is no car park.

Large area of the University drowned with greenery and flowers, make a picturesque view during spring days. Diversity of international students with diverse courses within the university provide an excellent opportunity for students. An incredible staff provides instant response and support to students. Excellent teaching in modern style makes the university perfect and one of the best in East Midlands.

Amazing experience. Accomplished my desired grade and it was a life changing opportunity. If I was to do my masters I’d definitely chose the same universities. Nice location with shops local. Teachers were good and always made themselves available when I needed them

One of the best university in the midlands. All lectures are very helpful when it comes to assignments, they even go extra miles for the students to where the hold a one to one sessions regardless of all the students they teach. The financial support is really helpful as they always ready to listen and take your issues/problems into consideration. I’m happy that I choose this university and I can’t wait to gratuate next year and build my career more further.

Excellent food served in restaurant, however campus is out of town so location is no good. Move to new campus should be good for university.
