Overall the university of Greenwich is doing greate. The standard and quality of education is set and active for all students.

There is somewhat of an introduction into industry practise, where some events are hosted and adverts shared across student social platforms. However the course itself hasn’t taught a high level of skill required for industry work, as it’s primarily academically and non-practically focused by lecturers with little industry experience.

Beautiful Avery Hill campus. Friendly and approachable lecturers. Adequate facilities to support learning. Food in the canteen is abit expensive.

Good experience and good location and the facilities are accessible. The course is interesting and the lectures are well structured. There is also easy access of public transport. Overall it's a good experience at being in University.

The campus is great and the lectures were very interesting, what I felt a lack of was support from some of the lecturers and some assignments were always explained very well.

The learning facilities on campus are clean and a comfortable environment for students to learn in. The accommodation building have a cleaning service every week which helps make sure that the kitchen and common areas are kept clean regularly for students.

Campus is beautiful , right by the river and with the view of Canary Wharf. Looks beautiful at night and full of lights. Great places to eat around the area, including restaurants and cafes. Places such as pizza express and costa- lovely places to dine or hang out. The campus is a great tourist attraction too, with historical ties with the Tudor royalty. Greenwich Park is also closeby and has a great view - perfect for photography. The royal observatory is right opposite the university campus, where tourists can go and have a look at the observatory museum as well. There is also an underground tunnel for people to walk through under the river , with a lovely flowery park on the other side of the river to sit and enjoy the view. Friendly staff and students are always available for help and directions.

Gorgeous campus on the river, no other campus competes, brilliant transport links via DLR , south eastern and Thames link, plus regular buses. Helpful lecturers who reply asap. Good quality education from people who want to help you.

Everything is awesome and friendly. People here are cooperative, generous and helpful. Facilities provided here are very classy and help students to fulfill their goals and ambitions. University also helps or counsel students for the betterment of their future. The best thing in this university is that everyone is treated equally. There is no discrimination on the basis of gender, religion or caste.

Having heard so many good reviews I expected a bit more than I actually experienced. The reviews did come from other departments than mine, which might be the issue. Overall all it's a good university, high level of education just lacks a little bit more support for students in difficult situations.

The university of Greenwich has great staff who are very supportive and great library facilities, as well as e-resources made available to students. The Greenwich campus is lovely and from what I have seen, the halls of residence are good too. My overall experience at Greenwich so far has been extremely positive, all staff and students alike are friendly and helpful. My course (criminology) is really interesting, and provided me with a lot of knowledge so far. There is also a lot of opportunity for extra curricular activities.

Even though the University of Greenwich is not among the 'best' universities according to the rankings, I really enjoyed my time here. The campus itself is very beautiful and has good transportation links. There are also many shops nearby and lots of parks as well. The university library is big and usually not too crowded either. Also the lecture theatres are modern and other facilities at the university are great as well. My lectures were fantastic!

The university is overall good. I attended classes on Greenwich campus and it's very beautiful. The teaching was good. My only complaint is that a lot of the sports clubs and other activities are on Avery Hill campus, which is really far to get to. There isn't really much to do on Greenwich campus.

A good uni. The Greenwich campus is nice although all the student clubs and events are on Avery Hill campus. That was sad for me to find out :) Overall, teaching-wise the university has been good and I really like the Stockwell Street library as well.

Good content taught in lectures but they do not assist new students that well. The exam timetables are only published 4 weeks in advance which is too soon to the actual date. The grounds and lecture rooms are prestine and relatively easy to find.

University of Greenwich has amazing accommodation for students who choose to live out (I didn't, but my friends shared accomdation was amazing). Even though the uni is known for the beauiful victorian buildings, the new building at Stockwell street is the best thing ever; a massive 4 floor library with loads and loads of seating area (which is very important), very modern and spacious lecture rooms and a Starbucks franchise (which is needed EVERY morning, trust me especially if you are a 3rd year student doing your dissertation). A variety and affordable places to eat around Greenwich, all at a walking distance. Massive park which is great in the summer, DLR station right outside, tourist attractions (curry sark and museums), Greenwich market, located right by the river so you have a beautiful view all the time and the O2 arena is only a 10 minute bus journey away. You practicaly live at university and the library so choosing your University is such a BIG thing. Make sure you do your research well and get it right. Good luck!

The university site itself is incredibly beautiful but the campus is so badly mapped that it is extremely difficult to figure out where you are supposed to go and where your next class is. The student union is very old and overpriced (the alcohol at Weatherspoons is much cheaper and so I go there instead) and smells atrocious. The library is great but there's never enough seating and so I often have to leave and go back to the campus to try and find somewhere where I can actually sit down. My course was very badly run and lecturers refused to record the lectures which meant that if you missed one, you would have a huge memory gap missing and couldn't fix it as you didn't have the critical information. The university is focused on alcohol and drinking and if you aren't a heavy drinker, you feel very isolated and excluded from events going on during the year.

nightmare applying for the course and halls, uni messed up both applications. great location close to london with loads of public transport. beautiful campus

A great school, lots of facilities available for students in the arts and design. The faculty is very knowledgeable about their fields and the campus is quite contemporary and up to date with the times.

Great university with very helpful staff. The location is perfect and very picturesque which keeps you going eveytime you walk around university.

Not enough space for meetings unless it's in the library. The cafeteria is over priced and opened to public. The number of visits and school trips really do slow you down and often make you late.

Good library, cheap area, not too far from London good mix on campus due to there being 3 universitys in one . However poor teaching structure in some subjects
