I love the campus. My faculty, engineering is one of the best. The sports facilities are right. I don't like the fact that the cafeterías are so expensive inside the faculties.

Location wise the campus is in an ideal spot not far from Liverpool Street. The facilities are limited however as there isn't enough space for communal areas as well as classrooms

The university creates a great atmosphere and encourages me to work at my best. Lecturers are easily contactable by email and used the moodle site to put up notes and lectures. These can be accessed at any time of day. Perhaps one of the best aspects is the 24/7 libuary meaning full flexibility accessing university resources. In terms of Society's and sports teams Coventry has a lot to offer. I am a member of two teams, weightlifting and gymnastics. Both have provided me with connections across courses and years Someone especially important when moving to a strange new city first time. The students union is good and the hub is always busy, the only thing I can fault it on is that the prices of food and mech both within the hub and in university canteens is quite exspensive. More over since changing catering company's this year they now have very little if at all vegan options. Other than that the food is good and the staff are friendly.

Course is good. Best thing is the support and focus on employability. I do biomed we have good facilities but some others are neglected. Ie. Engineering is getting a whole new building but I don't see much for English or psychology etc

I like coventry university because it has a good location and the facilities for most of the specialties are great. However sometimes I think some of the modules taught aren't the most inspiring. For example having a whole module on writing a CV - I understand that it is important to learn how to create a good CV however that is what the careers department is for, not what modules are for. We get roughly 14 hours per week teaching time and I would rather learn about the chosen subject and if I desire to learn how to do a good CV to go to careers.

Currently construction work it can be loud and disruptive, there isn't much seating available as many people commute so during the day you struggle to sit down on campus. The lessons are fun and interactive, friendly staff.

Coventry is a modern city centre campus. I love the fact you are constrained within the gates of a traditional campus. The location within the city centre is perfect and you are so close to everything you could possible need from trains and buses to supermarkets. The campus is modern and is constantly improving making it a great place.

Great university in a great geographic location. Only downfall is the actual facilities available in the city of Coventry, as it is dwarfed by surrounding cities like Birmingham and Leicester.

The campus is nice, we have a lot of buildings and most of them are either new or still in really good condition. The careers service is really nice, very well organised and very helpful, however I really don't think the same about the student union. Student union seems irrelevant here to be honest. My overall experience is pretty positive, however the criminology degree could drop some modules that are not useful at all.

I think Coventry uni is the worst uni in UK. For the MBA courses only straight people are allowed to study, glbtq students are excluded. The placement service does not work at all.

Studied Law at Coventry, the lecturers had a brilliant range of knowledge. It’s a great city, so much fun

Automotive design course had too many students and therefore individual tuition with tutors was limited. Facilities weren't large enough to hold certain classes, therefore overcrowding was common.

I am part of the art school, the buildings are ok but definitely the worst to look at out of them all. Seeing as they’re art buildings, full of 1000s of art students I don’t see why we can’t decorate it! However the university feels safe, the lecturers are (mostly) lovely and there’s plenty of opportunities for you to grab! Coventry university have an “add+vantage” scheme which is great to broaden your skillset. Small lecture theatres in art buildings but rarely use them anyway, you are offered £50 art shop voucher + 1 year adobe creative cloud/ £100 art shop voucher which is a nice touch! Overall would recommend this university for someone looking to move away from their city, to come to a student orientated but not overly busy city!

The campus itself is pretty large as it is not a campus but a bunch of buildings spread through the town. The university is pretty nice in of itself.

My time at Coventry was cut short due to problems with the interior design course I selected for myself which was more like product design and fine art than anything else, we weren’t taught how to be interior designers in some areas we were expected to already have that knowledge. The facilities were decent the library was amazing the best building was the building for the engineering students that was the most modern but other buildings were okay. The organisation was good I’ve had my fair share of badly organised educational institutions and this was by far the best.

The lecturers are increadible! Really understanding, very supportive and great at the thing they are teaching. Buildings and facilities are new and/or renovated. There loads of societies to join in and various activities that are going all around the campus. On the negative side Coventry uni is expanding every year and more and more students are choosing it; however, library is unbelievably small for such amount of people.

Very Modern university. Excellent engineering facilities. Especially Aerospace facilities. There is a harrier mk t4 which the students work practically on. The engineering lectures are all recorded and slides are also available online. Overall very good university.

As a University Campus, it looks great and the facilities as well, in terms of the city though, I couldn't say that is my dream place for my uni studies. I came here for my postgrad studies, but if I could choose again I would definitely go to London Campus because there are a lot more opportunities. The uni, overall has my highest admiration, it is huge and everything runs smoothly.

Coventry University is a good but not excellent university. I am currently studying MSC Event management. Before I came to Coventry I had much better opinion about the university but now as I'm almost finished I can see only bad things, lack of organisation, communication of the lecturers, poor advice etc. The facilities are great, especially the Lancaster library and Engineering building. Students have really everything what they need and more. My course is not planned well and I have a feeling that they are just trying it out on us.

Pros The books are free every year CGE is really good for funding trips Cons Lecturers do not give one to ones Buildings are dated Criminology does not have its own building
