Uxbridge is a town where you have all the essential shops you need, which is the last stop on the London Underground tube map. It is a small quiet town where there is only one club and a few bars/pubs around. It is Home to two universities which are Buckinghamshire New university for nursing students and there is also Brunel which caters for a large range of subject choices.

There is a lot to do in the city, and it's just 40 minutes away from central London. If you want to have a good time there is always something to do.

The town is pretty well supplied in terms of food places, shops and general everyday needs. Transport links are pretty good, with lots of buses available, popular tube lines and decent road links to important motorways. All a short bus ride away or 20 minute walk from the uni.

Uxbridge town Centre is great, it’s a lively place and not far from Brunel university. Shopping facilities are really good, there’s two shopping centers with a wide range of high street and high end shops. The shops are right next to the train station so the location is ideal! In terms of food outlets the variety is growing, there’s places like Nando’s, Pizza Hut and belle Italia but also small boutiques. However most don’t cater for halal dietary options and that’s a bit difficult for myself. There is a cinema in the shopping Centre, however not really much else to do, except for shopping and eating.
