An honest deep dive into studying medicine, the workload, and mental health, Tash Binnie is this week's featured student influencer.

Tash is a fourth-year student at King’s College London who documents her experiences studying medicine. In her videos, she is open about her struggles with mental health. As well as ‘day in the life’ vlogs on YouTube and Instagram reels, she shares tips for managing your mental health and messages of encouragement.

Anyone thinking about studying medicine should check out this playlist, which is filled with tips and insights into her experience of applying. In the second video, she talks about applying as someone with mental health issues, so check it out if you’re interested but worried about the pressures of studying medicine.

While her videos on YouTube mainly cover the highs and lows of studying medicine, you’ll also learn about her life outside of university. If you’re lucky enough, you might even get to see her dog in one of them!

Her Instagram is also a goldmine of content. Give her a follow to get real-time updates on her journey to a medicine degree.
