Whether you're away at uni or living at home, if you're still wondering how to decorate your room for Christmas then look no further than here.

Get your wooly jumpers out because the festive season is here! It’s time to spice up your student home with some joyful Christmas spirit. Coming home to a winter wonderland can take away all the stress of your busy student life, so here are five festive ways to decorate your student home over Christmas:

Light up your room

An inexpensive and wonderful way to decorate your student home for Christmas is by buying some candles or fairy lights. They’ll instantly make any room cosier. To go the extra mile, a Christmas scented candle will really bring the festive cheer.

Christmas tree

If you don’t fancy cleaning up all the needles come January, you can still get a table-sized Christmas tree for your student room. However, don’t let us discourage you from going all out and getting a full-sized tree, if you really want to push the boat out!

DIY decorations

Indulge your creativity and try making your own decorations. Whether you do it with your roommates, or as a solo project, it’s a fun way to add a personal touch to your student home and create something that you can be proud of for years.

Tinsel and Ornaments

Wrapping tinsel and hanging ornaments around shelves, door frames, windows, and tables is an easy way to decorate your student accommodation for Christmas, and a great option for students on a budget.

Wreaths
