Social Sports

As a trainee teacher we spend most of our time on placement so its hard to make commitments to training for most sports. Social sports is great as there is no pressure when university commitments mean that you can't attend. I have also met many friends through this society this year, who i wouldn't have come across ordinarily. Socials are always a good laugh, creating many stories to tell. There's always a notice about what theme it will be and timings of the evening well in advance, so costumes can be the best they can be on a student budget! We have also been lucky enough to go on mini fun trips, such as go karting and ice skating. Transport is always efficiently organised.
