Great diversity of students and incredibly eco friendly campus. This campus provide various service such as student support in careers, mental health and etc. Located 20 min walking distance away from the town. Provides wide choices of university accommodation and summer stay.

I'm student from Malaysia. The experience of being in Reading is good. The campus is big, the facilities are in well condition and got full facilities for every students.Almost every week the school invited those well known company to give us a talk and provide opportunity on our career.

Reading uni is truly a place where I feel at home. The campus itself is large but closed off for the town as a whole so you gain a sense of community as soon as you step onto sight. The union has lots to offer and the nights out are always great. Despite this, the organisation of some courses, such as chemistry, are shocking. Deadlines are constantly being moved around and submissions are always in archaic modes of placing paper in drop boxes. This needs to be fixed!!

The facilities here are good you have supermarkets within walking distance and on campus. The bus here is also very convinient as there is a bus every now and then. The career services are great as you get a lot of career fairs and talks about it. There is a lot of events and activities on campus. You will also have extra support like a mentor to guide you through your course and career. A lot of support is given to relief your stress from your workload like meditation and sports for you to join.

I really enjoy the campus size, however it would be nice to have more social areas. I wish the student union had more information at the start of the year as I was slightly clueless about events going into freshers week.

Lots of building work going on on campus to improve everyone's experience. This has meant study space has been limited due to the library renovations. Food market on Thursdays is a welcoming change and offers the opportunity to try something new.

I've had the absolute time of my life so far, the year has gone so quickly and I've met so many like-minded and amazing people here. I can't wait to come back for a second year and I never want the experience to end!

Studying Mathematics at this Uni has really been an experience for me. The lecturers all provide lecture notes with many examples, that have really helped to develop my learning. There is also a wide range of support such as units in the Library that can aid with any difficulty.

The campus is absolutely stunning. Perfect for walks in between studying, especially by the serene lake which really brings peace to the mind. The greenery is very impressive, one of the most green campuses I've seen.

Campus is very spacious and green although the buildings are fairly ugly. Has many facilities and services but does not have a pool. Careers advice and student support services are incredibly useful and easy to access.

The Primary Education course is very unique, well organised and enjoyable. London Road campus is nice and welcoming but could use more study space.

The campus is very beautiful. it has a wide variety of different buildings to suit everyones tastes. As well as a large lake right in the centre of campus which is lovely to sit by and relax, especially during summer!. As the library is currently in construction, there is not as many study spaces available and therefore may not be as appealing, however there are a variety of different locations if the URS building does not have enough study space.

The affects of having a beautiful campus can easily be forgotten if not under appreciated. The university of reading’s green woodlands, amazing gardens and famous lake surrounded by animals will almost always take my breath away. The students are all friendly and welcoming, and because of the amount of societies one can join, there is a place for everyone at Reading. Also, the student union nightlife bangs

The uni is beautiful with all of the amenities that you need on a large, green campus. It feels very safe and it is easy to navigate. It feels very friendly and is supportive to all needs.

THe campus is very lovely and green. It makes it very nice to live here and gives you good mental health. I really enjoy my course despite the amount of hours. The student’s union is nice and the people they employ are helpful.

AMAZING The accommadation is really nice and its super close to the main campus which is convient. Also as it is on campus everything i need is nearby and it even has a coop which is very useful. Within my course there are lots of opportunites with study abroad, placement years and the abilty to pick other modules from different departments.

Lovely facilities with very green campus and comfortable accommodations . The student welfare is also very good as they take time to cater to stressed students by having different activities to relax them such as a mini farm , breakfast baskets , free tea and cakes

Excellent night life and student union. Good facilities such as gym and football pitches. Good sports teams and groups to join such as swimming and poker. Excellent town for shopping and clubbing. However stayed at wantage, very bad accommodation, social but depressing rooms and bathrooms. Nightlife is reasonably cheap if you’re careful easy to get caught by paying for too many drinks in clubs. All in all good uni and good vibes just watch accommodation and make sure course is right for you.

London road campus is well kept and very pretty. The Student union are really good with communicating to students and continually organising a whole range of events. The university always holds informative careers guide sessions which are really helpful.

Reading Uni has a very large campus and great facilities , however they lack a good library even though they have relocated their library for construction right now. Some of the buildings are old and need refurbishment. Student support is great and professors offer a lot of support if your approach them. Great overall uni experience

The University of Reading main Whiteknights campus is lovely and big, with peaceful gardens and lake for going on walks during breaks. My course (archaeology) is great. Staff across the university are friendly and helpful, and there is a great careers centre. The only problem with the uni at the moment is the library situation: a lot of money is putting into renovating the library (which NO STUDENT wanted, and was not entirely required), and it upsets me personally because cuts are being made to my department. The university is trying its best to provide a decent amount of study space to replace the library study space.

The university as a whole seems to be great. The campus is amazing, there are lots of fields and green spases, there is also everything a student might need. Last year we had an amazing library, where we could go and study in the study spaces, but unfortunately (for me and all the people who are studying now) they are renovating it so we cannot access the study spaces anymore. However, the university has made an effort to provide as many study areas as possible, even though they are not enough. Other than that, it is a well equipped university with a very professional staff that makes sure that all the students are getting the best education.

As an international student, I never felt like I'd missed home simply because the campus (and its people) are so welcoming. I've joined various societies of my interests, and living on campus is always so convenient. Lecturers are also very approachable despite the large number of students, and the careers' officers have put in so much effort in helping me with applications for placements such as with interviews, CVs etc. I also always appreciate the field trips that the university organizes, it's a great way for me to explore beautiful parts of the UK without having to spend too much or worry about where to go next. All in all, really love how peaceful and homely the university can be.

Univeristy has thought me a valuable lesson. I am an international student currently studying and living in Reading. From the quiet days, to the fun party nights the town boasts of amazing people and ambiance that I will always enjoy. The Univeristy itself has its ups and downs as normal Univeristuies tend to have from the easy commuting to the thought lectures and sometimes boring atmosphere I have copped with it and have enjoyed it through it all
