Conservative

I have been a member of Nottingham University Conservative Association for the three years I have been at uni and on the committee for the last two years. I have met some great people from all different political backgrounds, had some brilliant debates and attended some fantastic events. Port and Policy is the main event which is a parliamentary style debate and occurs three times a term. It is a great chance to get dressed up and practice public speaking. Being part of the society I have also attended formal dinners with MP guest speakers, been on campaign days and attended two trips to Brussels to the EU parliament. If anyone is thinking about a career in politics or just enjoys a debate then this is the society to join.

It’s very good I like it so much I find it great and I think it should be existed even longer with more rhinos and shit and good bananas and also more potatoes and letters for card and tiny people.
