Rugby

The club is a very accepting and diverse place. It gave me something to focus on outside learning, and allowed me to make friends in different years or on different courses who I would not usually have spoken to. Through the club I have found a love of rugby, despite never playing before university and now I would never look back. There have been numerous opportunities to become part of the committee and other positions within the club, which provide experience and training opportunities.

Not enough funding/equipment such as flood lights in comparison to men’s rugby. But a fun and had a good social side of events every Wednesday
