I study graphic design at this university, I'm in my first year and so far I love the course and the campuses everyone is really friendly and the buildings are very modern and colourful. Also the staff are always there to hear your feedback and get to know you opinions on things. It's very student based. There is always people looking out for you and the resources that are avalible to the students who are struggling are great I would highly recommend this university x

Oxstalls campus is great, especially with all the new facilities that have been built. The staff our approachable and always willing to offer help and support.

The university as a whole is very contemporary and caters to many different styles - as it is under the process of growing still, the potential for it is there and is growing on a termly basis. All facilities are always clean and welcoming, not too much or too little.

Francis Close hall is a very lovely looking campus, with modern aspects added to update it. The lecturers are great particularly for geography. The career services are also very beneficial.

University of Gloucestershire is a university which is up and improving year by year. From the new sports arena to the newly built SU. These are just the little things that university do to make the the student experience a little bit better. The support we received from lecturer and the university itself have been phenomenal and without the help of the helpzone and the people working in the helpzone, my academic grades would not be as good as it is today. The university aim to include and provides for students from all different types of background. Overall the university is a great place to start the next chapter.

Overall my University experience has been a good one. I would say that from visiting friends at other Universities though, that it doesn't have the best facilities and space but this comes with it being a smaller uni and therefore hasn't affected me hugely I would say. Sometimes my course feels unorganised and like theres not a strong structure there. There is a lack of a student gym on the Cheltenham campuses which would benefit health both mentally and physically for students. Not much seems to happen with the student union in terms of socialising unless you're in a society or do a sport.

I had a great three years here, finding that the student support was especially great, as well as the vast advice on careers offered too!

I'm loving my time at the University of Gloucestershire. The highlight of this university is definitely the lecturers who consistently pour their 100% into not only teaching me the fundamentals but also shaping me to become career ready. I've learned so much about the professional industry and they've given me countless advice for me to get there. The university also has set up a 'My Future Plan' program which further helps the students prepare for their future, grabbing job opportunities, pre and post graduation. I'm situated at Park Campus of UOG which gives off a very serene and peaceful vibe.

Great university with some great facilities. A lovekl atmosphere with a wonderful student union presence. Hospitality and help is easily available and with so many places to work and study it makes university life Great!

History course doesn't provide a lot of flexibility in terms of the topics covered, feedback can vary in usefulness. Lecturers are mostly approachable and friendly. Decent employability team and opportunities for internships or extra training. The wellbeing and disability team are pretty good although there is often a huge waiting list for these services if you don't get in with them at the start. Francis Close Hall campus is gorgeous, and in a really good location close to town. Not much parking. Facilities are well kept and modern. Student union bar is fairly cheap and cosy, lots going on.

The campus and facilities are extremely good. The environment around the campus is relaxing and not too hectic. The campus is beautiful with a lot of wildlife and a small lake in the middle. Only downside about the facilities is that there was never any room in the library. It wasn't very big so you would have to turn up very early to get a seat. My course, Media Production was excellent in providing a variety of modules to study and I was able to learn a lot of valuable skills that I will be able to use in the industry after university. I was also able to apply for some work experience which gave me an idea of what it is like to work in the industry.

Great location, help towards international students is very good. Facilities that are provided are always open and people are welcoming and there to help if you need anything. Studying Events Management which allows you to get as much experience as needed as well as theory that you’ll need in the future. Student union could be improved a bit more instead if just looking like a restaurant with a football table in there. It looks quite boring but a new building is being built for business students which will have a new student union. Absolutely do not regret moving to the UK for this University

Great helpful staff who are very approachable. Oxtalls is so easy to find your way around as there’s endless signposts. The halls are all perfectly located with a maximum 15 minute walk. You get to know your lecturers really well as there’s small class sizes

The university is a really lovely campus. It’s pretty, I like the way it’s split over Gloucester and Cheltenham but when everyone comes together there is a really family feel about the university. The course offers a cast amount of opportunities that I know many universities do not. I also feel as though the course modules are extremely knowledgable as well as friendly and approachable. They offer support constantly while during your time at university. I feel as though the university is under rated massively due to the size of it compared to other universities. I love it at university of Gloucestershire.

It’s good Really far away Open when snow storms Lecturers don’t help with assignments as much as they should Need help with further reading from lectures Talk to fast to take notes

I commute, so arguably do not have the full, authentic uni experience, but it is not that that is important to me. I got out of a mind-numbing job, and was desperate to use my brain again. This need has been well and truly met through a diverse and original curriculum, provided by passionate tutors. There are good resources, and my campus is truly beautiful

The university has some great facilities, however it lacks in some places and depth. Maybe in the are of the students union, not the most important factor of the uni as a whole, but that may be important to some students main choices
