Campus is okay, parts being renovated. Libraries are a nightmare, impossible to find computer space during exam season. Cafes on campus are a great place to work and offer well paid jobs. Gym is small and often v busy but is fairly well equipped.

Not enough study spaces, bad lecture theatres, staff is not friendly, organisation is not very good overall. Bloomsbury fitness is dirty.

Ucl is a university that is in danger of sliding into a very bad state. It's future goals are based on increasing their revenue at a serious cost to students. They plan to increase the number of students, but already the libraries and study spaces are at maximum capacity. The organisation of UCL is often very lacking, with lectures and seminars frequently cancelled or moved without prior notice. The teaching is good, however. The lectures are some of the top academics in the world and the research happening here is groundbreaking.

Beautiful area and amazing Campus. Incredible facilities regarding the libraries and study spaces, but way too crowded recently. The increasing number of students does not imply the increase in the quality as well :) UCL should really listen to their students' opinion..

The campus is very international, there are many pubs and student centres all around. UCL is a very prestigious university.

Overall, it is good. But the lectures should be better at teaching and explaning. In terms of organisation, they should plan better the module capacity, so students don’t have to sit on the floor.

The best and the worst of UCL all comes from the fact it is in central London. Exciting, bustling streets around Tottenham Court Road and Euston make for a buzz in the air and easy access to the country's hottest and freshest bars and events, but at the same time you sacrifice space to live and work and finding good sports facilities means travelling further out of town. UCL draws a truly multi-cultural student demographic and you certainly get to broaden your horizons much more than other places. the influence of London means UCL is culturally always one step ahead of the rest of the country.

I had a hard time in first year settling in, and there seemed to be little available to help me. However, once joining a couple of societies and getting involved in plays and shows and things, I managed to end my first year relatively content with the friends I’d made. The course has been mixed for me, with both positive and negative aspects. However, the one-on-one tutorial system has been probably the best thing about doing my course at UCL, and without it, I think I would’ve dropped out.

Could be improved - too many students, not enough facilities. Lecture theaters were always too packed (people sitting on the floor).

Provides excellent career opportunities and carries significant prestige however, poor facilities and overcrowding massively weigh on the institutions potential.
