This club is very friendly and really helps to push beginners and the more experienced to improve their technique and form as well as hugely increase fitness. With training up to 3 times a week and 2 additional fitness sessions everybody can atleast find 2 days to attend. The only negative I can really find is the facilities and the space we have. Because boxing has become increasingly popular, space can be quite short and often the instructors find it difficult to manage everyone but overall it is very good and enjoyable
