I've loved my time at King's College London. They've helped me in terms of my academic work and hospital placements as im a student midwife. It's been such a good experience so far and I'm looking forward to my third and final year starting September! KCL offer all of the best clubs and societies as well as good library facilities, amazing lecturers and personal tutors, and wonderful sports clubs.

There are so many campuses around London, most in very central locations, so if you love commuting this is the place for you.

I studied European Studies (German Pathwayat Kings College London. I was generally very happy with the course. However, at times I felt like it was too multidisciplinary and we were never fully prepared to speak at a German academic level in our year abroad.

Great uni set in the heart of London. Great level of facilities on each campus, many libraries and gyms. The careers service is extremely useful, giving support and advice at every stage in your career.

Great uni if you like to be in the heart of London. Great to be part of an amazing city. Good teaching and great clubs. Downsides is that the accommodation is very widely spaced and there is no real campus feel

Structured courses, with supportive students and staff working alongside to guide and answer any enquirers you may have in your studies.

King's college london is in a great location and the courses they provide are well and accurately described on the prospectus and the website. The courses give a wide enough scope and are taught by some of the leading professors in their respective fields. The one aspect that could be improved is the social and communal spirit, as sometimes it feels quite lonely in the university life

I think every aspect of the uni is great. The lectures and lecture content is amazing, my course mates are fab, and the location is perfect. However, due to the strikes that took place this year, many students have felt very messed around, and not too many of us received valid support throughout and after the strike period

University is fine, nice campuses and facilities, a little bit disorganised, courses outlines could be a bit better, in general would recommend

Kings college is a terrific university, however their organisation was poor and did not consider students feedback over the course of the years. However, their nights out and range of societies are great, offering a chance to socialise and meet a range of different people from different backgrounds.

Campus is extremely big but its got a very friendly atmosphere once inside. Facilities such as gyms and libraries are also nearby which is always a good thing between lectures!

The institution reflects the high position in world rankings and well known name thanks to it's world class education and professors. The events offered to widen the knowledge exracurricolary are also relevant and frequent. The administration is the only part of the organization that would need improvement.

The only thing stopping me from giving 4 stars is how easy it is to feel left out of the university community if you don’t live in halls or life further away.

The teaching and staff to ration is great. The facilities are brilliant, studying dentistry we have access to state of the art facilities on site which makes it easy and convenient. The course is very intense and I don’t feel as if it’s always prepared well ahead.

The location is amazing and well served by local transport. The facilities are ok for arts and humanities. I wish that my course had more contact hours and that teachers were more readily available.

The university is a huge research centre and has great prestige, but often that means students lose out on the basics of daily life and learning.

I was based on the Strand and Bush House campus. The Strand campus is always so full and busy. I struggled to find study space for the Mathematics department in the first year. Since the Bush House opened, I was able to find more study spaces and computers to use. The Bush house is very clean and a great environment to study in. I am always able to find a seat even during exam season. Everyone ends up going to Maughan Library so Bush house is actually very quiet. The cafés on the ground floor and 8th floor makes it very convenient to grab food and carry on studying without having to leave.

I study IR and my course is amazing, I love it so much. I do urge anyone to take caution when coming to a London university. I come from a comprehensive school in the midlands and an extremely down to earth person. It can therefore be disheartening being surrounded by students who are by and large rich international students or privately educated British students. It has definitely made me feel as though I started uni on the back foot in this regard. Nonethessless if you put yourself out there you can meet some really lovely people and personally the few friends I have I would not trade for the world!

the old proverb ‘never judge a book by is cover’ really does apply to king’s college strand campus. Whilst the exterior resembles a prison the interior is beautiful! The facilties are great; there are many common rooms/silent rooms available for students which means its a great place for socialising as well as working when necessary. The careers service are always holding events in the great hall so they also provide plenty pf opportunities to network with a variety of programmes setting you up for your future.

I’m a medical student coming to the end of my first year. I’ve found that Kings takes on a huge amount of people for Medicine and dentistry which means that GKT has plenty of societies and clubs to suit everyone. Guys campus is great, especially when it’s sunny! Once a week, there’s a food market on campus for those who like street food. Guys bar/ the hub do heap and cheerful food all week round otherwise.

I like the annual schedule at King’s, the fact that a lot of the hard work is done in the first 7 months and then unlike other universities we have the month of April off in which students can go home to their families internationally and study for exams which commence in May. I like that students are trusted with their education and it is nice to be able to relax and take in all of the content after a year of hard work! The societies at King’s are amazing also, I am a member of the Basketball society which is extremely intergrated between male and female teams and extremely competitive, travelling to a lot of cities within the UK. It is an excellent experience with amazing organisation at KCL.

Location is good and the accommodation is well suited to the people that live there i.e the course that they do allows them to have priority to which accommodation they can choose. Subjects you can study within the degrees are intellectually stimulating and allow plenty of choice to suit any individual.
