Great university in a great geographic location. Only downfall is the actual facilities available in the city of Coventry, as it is dwarfed by surrounding cities like Birmingham and Leicester.

I am part of the art school, the buildings are ok but definitely the worst to look at out of them all. Seeing as they’re art buildings, full of 1000s of art students I don’t see why we can’t decorate it! However the university feels safe, the lecturers are (mostly) lovely and there’s plenty of opportunities for you to grab! Coventry university have an “add+vantage” scheme which is great to broaden your skillset. Small lecture theatres in art buildings but rarely use them anyway, you are offered £50 art shop voucher + 1 year adobe creative cloud/ £100 art shop voucher which is a nice touch! Overall would recommend this university for someone looking to move away from their city, to come to a student orientated but not overly busy city!

The campus itself is pretty large as it is not a campus but a bunch of buildings spread through the town. The university is pretty nice in of itself.

My time at Coventry was cut short due to problems with the interior design course I selected for myself which was more like product design and fine art than anything else, we weren’t taught how to be interior designers in some areas we were expected to already have that knowledge. The facilities were decent the library was amazing the best building was the building for the engineering students that was the most modern but other buildings were okay. The organisation was good I’ve had my fair share of badly organised educational institutions and this was by far the best.

The lecturers are increadible! Really understanding, very supportive and great at the thing they are teaching. Buildings and facilities are new and/or renovated. There loads of societies to join in and various activities that are going all around the campus. On the negative side Coventry uni is expanding every year and more and more students are choosing it; however, library is unbelievably small for such amount of people.

Very Modern university. Excellent engineering facilities. Especially Aerospace facilities. There is a harrier mk t4 which the students work practically on. The engineering lectures are all recorded and slides are also available online. Overall very good university.

As a University Campus, it looks great and the facilities as well, in terms of the city though, I couldn't say that is my dream place for my uni studies. I came here for my postgrad studies, but if I could choose again I would definitely go to London Campus because there are a lot more opportunities. The uni, overall has my highest admiration, it is huge and everything runs smoothly.

Coventry is a student friendly city with everything in walking distance, excellent teaching however facilities and resources are limited during exam periods

Overall everything is preatty satisfying but some of things like lectures couls be better at some points e.g. they could be more dedicated to modules that they are teaching.

Coventry University has a wide range of facilities, I love that the campus is spread out and not away from the city - it makes it so easy to get around. Furthermore, its great when finding accommodation as you can live all over the city but still get to uni quickly and easily. The library is great and has lots of computers, seating and is a good alternative to studying at home. My course offered great support and teaching. The uni supports you and equips you for life beyond uni. We stand out with our addvantage modules too – picking up extra skills! Despite some thinking the city is not the most amazing place, you grow a fondness to it when living and studying here!

The university life in my 3 years has been excellent, the university has students from all across the globe and it is a wonderful opportunity to connect with people from all around the world! Also the teaching is quite competitive so I felt that this challenge made me sharper each day in the university.

Coventry university is a good university located in a prime location in England, the teaching is thorough and with the ‘add+vantage’ scheme; in which you pick an additional course along with your main degree. Additionally as a engineering student having a dedicated building for engineering is very helpful. Overall it is a good university with a good ranking, based within earshot of Birmingham and close enough to London.

The university is very modern with a lot of facilities. The teachers are involved and well trained. The library is modern equipped and it's opened 24h/7days .

The library is great, open 24 hours, with lots of comfortable study spaces and laptops to borrow. The resources are second to none. Some of the older buildings are less nice - some classrooms can be cramped - but newer buildings like the health sciences building are beautiful!

Coventry University has a wide range of courses available to pursue and an excellent set of fully qualified staff that are always on hand to help their students but what stands out to me the most is the environment and atmosphere of the uni and surroundings that makes any newbie feel so welcome and part of a community in no time.

For me Coventry has been a great university. The university is one of the only ones in the UK that offers a Disaster Mangement degree. I have completed my first year and have many expierences from the university. The lecture content is great and informing. The lecturers too know their stuff and are really helpful. The facilities are excellent especially in engineering which are located in a brand new building. Halls for me was also a great experience and I had no issues. The reason why I would not give my university 5 stars is: there was delay in coursework feedback and the course has very few teaching hours.

I am pleased with my experience at coventry university. Despite the campus and city not being the most exciting, I have really grown fond of the uni and place. My course in particular felt like a family. It has great workshop facilities and technicians, lecturers and help available. It also has a great library.

The facilities in the London campus are sxtraordinary complete, the course are all well prepared. I like how the staff treated us, we are like an adults that learned something, unlike any other uni’s that treat their student like a child. The services are good, everything is fast

Amazing staff that are very friendly and there are many career opportunities and chances for development. Availability of trips give students the opportunity to experience international skills. More financial support could however be provided for students who are less able to look after themselves. Campus is relatively close and most things are within walking distance. My course was very enjoyable and the things learnt in lecture where useful for career progression. I also feel that an involuntary work experience module would have been useful for students who struggle to find placement opportunities. The sign in system introduced was also useful in motivating students into going for lectures and taking responsibility for their learning. At some lectures can be too loud and it can be difficult to hear or learn so perhaps more needs to be done to control the noise levels during classes.

Really good engineering facilities. The majority of lecturers are good. I like that it is within the city so there is a lot to do. The library also has good facilities.

It’s a fast growing university. Teaching standards are very good. All facilities are very good. Overall, amazing to study from. I’m very happy to be here.

I loved attending coventry university as the staff and students were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing and the modernisation that is always ongoing is truely incredible. They pushed me to develop into the best version of myself and I’m extremely proud of that.

The university wasn’t an actual campus which was really weird at first but I loved the different faculty spread across the city. The student union was great especially the sports department. The night life was a bit dead and not much to do but going out to Birmingham was always an option which made staying in Coventry the best. The halls were amazing especially with new halls being built every year the course was good and fairly challenging but the support from lecturers was amazing.
