Bath Spa University

Beautiful grounds with lots of space and loads of lecture halls , rehearsal space and study rooms. Walking to the bottom of uni can take 10 mins which is quite annoying sometimes. Food is nice but the dinners are expensive in the refectory, theres lots of help on offer for carers and academic support.

Campus is pretty, but limited resources, small library, no lecture theatre and very small students union which is very out of the way. Course is okay but lots of compulsory modules you might not enjoy but cannot change

It's ok. But lacks competitiveness towards other universities. It has great facilities. But lack of student housing. Expensive rent and horrible houses once you have to leave halls. Some good lecturers

Lovely university campus and great facilities. However, there is a lack of communication between students and teachers and not enough seminar hours given. Student Support is also not up to scratch.

Bath Spa is a really good university for the creative subjects. I really enjoyed my time there and met really lovely people. I studied English Literature and really enjoyed it, the lecturers for this subject clearly enjoyed teaching and had a real passion for books. I feel that because Bath Spa is such a small university it means the lecturers really get to know the students which is really important.

Musical theatre course is based in Weston super mare. The lecturers are basic, won’t support you unless you are their favourite. Unsupportive.

Bath spa is on a lovely campus surrounded by countryside just outside of the city centre. The uni itself is quite small but it allows for more one to one time with lecturers etc. The halls at green park are well situated within the city centre and close to amenities as well as other halls located around bath it is very easy and nice place to live in. The uni is modern and is aesthetically pleasing too.

The campus is absolutely beautiful, theres never a dull moment to it. There are plenty of facilities, many of which are great, for example the SU. My course is structured very well and the topics are great, however the tutors are very judgemental and will not offer you any help when its needed. There is a lack of communication between the student and the teachers out of seminar time, so much so that I have failed modules due to not having the help I need.

Campus is beautiful, with many cows, sheep and swans walking around. The university itself is not very organised, the lecturers don’t seem to care about their students and not a lot of help is offered, even when asked for. The help for students who suffer from mental health is poor.
