Great place for nights out in places like Bushwackers or Tramps. There are loads of places to eat which aren't too expensive either which is nice. One big issue is that shopping is terrible due to navy shops just not facilitating the students needs.

Lots of things to do, especially on weekends. However, lots of things to do are on the edge of the city such as Meadowhall etc therefore hard to get to. Lots of cheap places to eat which is good for students but also a couple of expensive places.

If you're looking for a mad student night out worcester probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a chilled city atmosphere and a night out where you know almost everyone then it definitely is, shopping is average but you're only a 45 minute train to Birmingham. Overall a pretty cheap but nice place to study

Worcester is a nice little city, you can walk from the campus to the centre of town very easily. Short cuts are easy to find and the people around are friendly enough for you to feel safe whilst walking alone. Shops and restaurants are everywhere, so all you have to do is walk a few feet and another place is there for you enter.

As a small university city it had alot to offer. I personally love Worcester. Nights out are fab although it could do with another alternative nightclub as its either Tramps or Sin then Bushies, and if you just go to Sin it shuts at 1am but is the better of the two. There is loads of places to eat, although alot of the same kinda food like italian or indian, but still some great places. The shopping is okay although there is a relatively limited amount of shops, although a quick train journey to Birmingham or even Bristol is fab. In regards of things to do there isn't much, you have the usual cinema, pubs, bingo however nothing else and the bowling is out of the main center.

Worcester is a lovely city that provides all you need without being to busy and hectic. The nightlife in Worcester is quite quaint but there are other qualities that make it a great cities such as the river and restaurants.

Worcester is a lovely city to move to. I moved from a small town and this was a brilliant city to move to. It is big enough to have lots to do, such as the cinema, shopping and walks, but you are also never too far away to get into the town centre from wherever you are. There's lots of restaurants to choose from with plenty of student discounts. There's some lovely walks along the River Severn and along the canal with plenty of wildlife to see. These walks also make good tracks for running along. There are three main nightclubs to go to and plenty of places to go for cocktails for a more chilled night out too.

Worcester has plenty of shops and places to eat. It has 2 cinemas (Odeon & vue). There is 4 night clubs in the city centre which has something on most nights. Beer is fairly prices with most pubs averaging £1.50 - £2.50 a pint. The city has cocktail bars although they're more expensive at around £8 a drink. There is plenty of super markets dotted around the city to make them available to anyone.

The location of Worcester University in relationships to the city is great only 20 minutes walk or you can jump on the bus for 70p. Allows for great access to the city centres for shopping , work and of course the night life

It’s a small town with everything you’ll need. Nearly all the major chain shops and Superdrug’s here have walk in beauty bars. If you enjoy treating yourself to beauty treatments Worcester college here is within walking distance from the uni (and if everything else in town) and you can get super cheap treatments because the students are learning. The uni is not too big and so you begin to feel more homely here than you would in a bigger place like Birmingham which is only - half hour train journey away. There’s a premier in by the river so family members can stay if they want to visit.

Very friendly city with simple layout and shops students are most likely to visit - e.g. Primark, etc. Only criticism I’d have is most fashion shops shut earlier compare to other branches in my local area (which is a small town), are open for much longer.

Worcester town is a wonderfully pretty and functional City to live in. It's a rare combination of practicality an beauty in a well rounded way. The river is a treat to walk down, as is the well populated high street. There are many various places to eat, ranging from the cheapest to the most luxurious restaurants. There are some minor let downs. Hence not the full five stars; The roads are not great. I can deal with the one way system after couple of drives around the City centre. However, the roads simple aren't big enough for the amount of lanes required. There are places where a three-lane road simply cannot fit three cars side my side. Another small annoyance is that there aren't many clubs in comparison to other Cities. Though, I will say, it does feel a lot more secure a place to go out in terms of safety, with a nicer group of people and well policed area.

The location is good as everything is within walking distance however there isn’t much to do in town.
