A great town centre for shopping and socialising. There's a nice selection of pubs and restaurants and great transport connections in to central london.

I chose my university because its a lovely rich area which easy access into town centre as well as shisha lounges. Not only that, it has amazing library with 24 hour access alongside a lovely cafe with also costcutter. Santander bank, and student union.

As Brunel is in the centre of Uxbridge, it is a 15 minute walk to the town centre with 2 shopping centres. A quick walk to the sports park to play activities such as football, javelin, hockey and tennis even! A 15 minute walk to the hospital. London Underground available from uxbridge station with the metropolitan and Piccadilly line running until 12:30 midnight. Plenty of busses running to and from the university with multiple entrances to the lecture centre, library and halls.

Uxbridge intu is an excellent place to go shopping and hang out with friends. Does have a high crime rate but other than that I would say it is a good area.

My university is in a very ideal location! It is not far from the motorway and it’s also only a tube ride away from the hustle and bustle without being to close to it. If you want it to be quiet it can be quiet if you wanna have a loud and crazy night out, that can be done too. The location of my university is just super ideal.

The town is pretty well supplied in terms of food places, shops and general everyday needs. Transport links are pretty good, with lots of buses available, popular tube lines and decent road links to important motorways. All a short bus ride away or 20 minute walk from the uni.

Uxbridge is a beautiful area with loads of cultural things to do. No one will feel left out in this area and everyone is ever so welcoming.
