Nights out fun but small, kebab vans are great, can walk everywhere. Many pubs but they're all spenny

Oxford is a gorgeous if somewhat congested city. Fantastic rail and coach links to London, lively night life, a great range of pubs and restaurants and an international population makes the place special. Unfortunately the city is super expensive, but cheap accommodation can be found.

Oxford city is the best stopping place before London, the beautiful city center architecture and welcoming attitude hits you at the first glance. The prices in cafe's and restaurants are on average low prices but all depends on your needs and flavor lovings.

Oxford is a great location for students with restaurants and nightclubs with regular student nights. Most places take student discount which is helpful and there is a range of place cinema, mini golf etc for entertainment.

There are plenty amazing restaurants and a brand new shopping centre in the Centre of Oxford! The value for money is good considering its a famous city and the nights out are very interesting too. Different club different adventure every night especially on broke mondays ?? transport is amazing as the buses are really well set out and cheap!

There is alot of touristy place to go to such as museums or gardens. The travel is great as the buses have really good routes and they take you where ever you need to go almost at no cost. I love living in Oxford. Beautiful city with lots of history and plenty of good shops, always lots of cool and inexpensive cultural events (plays, museum exhibitions, concerts) going on. Good transport links. It can be expensive, esp drinks (but often worth paying more to get a drink in a cool historic pub?) and eating out, but lots of student discounts around.
