Pretty great! A little far away from university, but the cost is reasonable, the staff are nice and many restaurant around.

Overall, i would recommend Lilian Knowles as an accomodation option! Pros: Only for postgrad students, amazing location (close to all the best food spots in brick lane, shoreditch and spitalfields), many social activities, decent value for money Cons: When things break down (which is quite often), the maintenance team can take aaaageeeessss to repair stuff, which is annoying. It is a 40 min walk from LSE, but if you take the tube, it’s only 4 stops. If you enjoy being social and having plenty of food options nearby, LK is definitely the way to go!

Situated 7 minutes from Liverpool St station, it is surrounded by restaurants and pubs. 45minute walk to LSE or 20minutes by tube on the Central line. Very nice common room and helpful reception.

My room is just the right size with its own en-suite which is an added bonus. Everyone that works in the building are always very friendly and will try to help you with anything you need. The location is perfect, just across from Spitafields Market and a short walk to Liverpool Street station.
