The city is pretty quiet during non term time. As most people in this city are students. There are two big shopping centres located in the city centre. As well as 3 cinemas and ice rink.

The city itself is cosy, but lacks a lot in the way of things to do and places to go for nights out etc. With the V and A recently opening and an expansion of decent mid-range resteraunts it's nice, quiet city to be a part of

Dundee is a very friendly student town. With cheap accommodation options and relatively cheap food makes it ideal for students You'll always find students and related events throughout the town.

Although Dundee is seen to be a city of culture and is making supposed positive changes to attract tourists and already residents of Scotland, it is lacking character and ambition. This City has the potential to become a tourist hot spot but the City seems to be terrible at marketing and seems to be full of eye sores etc.

More quiet than other larger uni locations, plenty pubs but not much to do. Shopping centre is good and plenty places to eat and drink. Few nice parks

There are some really nice coffee shops and independent shops around but there isn't much variation in terms of fun bars and pubs. Reading Rooms and Beat Generator can be great club nights but everything else is pretty tragic. Nice & cheap though.
