The halls are clean and more modern than woolmanhill, however the car parking is restricted and expensive as is washing which is £5 for a wash and dry. If you’re locked out of your flat they do take a while to respond but it’s better than how responsive they are to fire alarms, which is minimal. Great location, 5 mins from Bon accord centre. I’d say it’s on the more expensive side for halls. Internet is slow.
