Beautiful campus, engaging modules (at least in geography, can't speak for the rest), many genuinely caring tutors, very active student union and huge range of societies. Good commitment to decolonising the curriculum and sustainability compared to many other unis, although could still be better. Overall highly recommended!

The campus, itself, is in a great location just a few minutes away from the city centre of Brighton. Being so close to Brighton is great for nightlife, travelling to London, shopping and the beach! The campus is surrounded by green spaces which is great, the teaching is excellent and there are many facilities on site.

Great atmosphere in the Uni. The whole ethos of the place makes everyone feel welcome and it’s a beautiful campus. Loads of events are held on campus, the facilities and the library are extraordinary.

Great university, it’s amazing as it’s all on one campus so everything is within a few minutes walk including the on campus coop where you’ll do your weekly shops or even the pharmacy and all the other on campus facilities which is provided for the students. The campus is really well designed and is open and you’ll bever feel cramped. Being a university in the middle of mass open green areas and hills, it has lovely walks up the hills and around the whole campus and so many cool places to visit and great for breaks from revising. The university provides support for every student and you’ll always be able to make a few friends whether it’s from your course, your flatmates or your just people you’ve met along the way. If not the university has schemes to help out. The university is ialso in a great location. Located about 25 minutes away from Brighton city centre it’s an amazing place for students as they can go out in Brighton during the night or day due to it being fairly close. Brighton is wonderful with its beach and it’s colourful streets and city.

Everything is close by on campus so you don’t have to walk too far and there’s loads of societies to take part in but the student bars aren’t that amazing and a bit pricey, could do with a proper SU and some new facilities.

The campus is beautiful and it has a huge library with a lot of seating(which is really important). The facilities are overall great and the two gyms that are on campus are ideal if you try to maintain a good condition while you study.

Sussex literally has it all. The countryside, the beach and the city life. The university itself it good for my course with good lecturers.

Amazing campus, with a feel of on campus and town campus. Great facilities for all students from different backgrounds, not the best careers service sadly.

I'm having the time of my life in the University of Sussex! The atmosphere is amazing, the people are friendly and the teaching is top quality. Services are useful and well managed. The campus is massive! The library is a great faculty with three floors and various sections so you can always find an area that fits your studying style. There is always something going on in library square and there are so many cafés and olaces to eat that there is no excuse not to meet up with friends and be social. There are also many societies which are suoer fun! However, the internet connection is not quite good.

The university offers many opportunities in regards to social experiences, societies and things to do. The campus is lovely and the facilities are all together, meaning you can spend the day studying without having to travel back and forth.

The campus is honestly the most beautiful, scenic area out of all the prospective unis I looked at. Despite the Brighton hills there are plenty of spaces to chill out, study and get a coffee or a pint! Coolest place to be especially by the seaside x x

Lovely place and there are many societies that we could join to enjoy being in a group and going out collectively. It’s fun.

Great uni. Great night life. Great campus. Great staff. Great career events. Union isn't great as no club on campus but Brighton just around corner. By the sea. Good weather.

The campus is beautiful, definitely the best one that I have visited and the facilities are really good. I think the quality of the teaching and support really depends on the department. Having changed course after my first year I witnessed both a department that was uninvolved with its students and a bit detached and a department that could not be more student focused. The department I am in now could not do more for us.

Amazing, university one of the best in the country and this is because of the new people you get to meet and all those teachers who try to help you no matter what, they will always help no matter what meaning they will come to you or even ask you and send you email asking for extra hours to come out they’re toime
