It has been a good experience, with facilities able to cater to may rather simplistic needs- I have found the SU slightly underwhelming apart from the weekly market above the building. Geography BSc has also been a very good course.

It's right by the sea and nice place. Good shopping centre and good teaching with a large library that has a lot of seating available.

As a student of optometry, I have to say that Plymouth if one university around the UK that has state of art equipment and connections with the optom world.

Lots of opportunities to get involved in societies. Not enough accessible support for work and assignments. The university campus isn’t clean and that creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, the library is dark and gloomy which doesn’t create a nice vibrant working environment.

The campus is close to the town and nightlife which is really good, there are lots of opportunities for extra-curricular activities and placements with the careers hub offering a lot of support.

Very Well organised uni, plenty of clubs and society’s, also has a very good atmosphere with good nightlife

Engineering course is a little bland, no trips when others get many. Good course content with a fair work load.

Plymouth is a great university. It is inclusive of everybody and there are many opportunities to get involved with extra-curricular activities, clubs and societies. All the staff on campus are approachable and friendly.

The campus is great, as its close together and well laid out. The SU is sticky in most places but its big and cheap. Careers services are very helpful and always update with career finding pathways.

I have enjoyed my time at university so far, I like the 24/7 library and the GP on campus! The student union always has events going on and I really enjoy the societies I am part of

It was amazing literally the best experience of my life I was literally in another world, I didn't know that if you got on a train you can get to this magical place called plymouth. The night life is crazy, the things that take place Here you can't even imagine, it's magical.

Plymouth university is great as they offer a huge amount of support to students to help them with anything they are stuck on or need more help with in terms of anything. They have a great campus that is right next to the city centre and they have very good lecturers that know how to entertain whilst you study. It is also great that they have a medical centre right on the campus and brilliant preparation for any tests or exams.

overall the uni is very good. it would be better if there was more in uni hours although the current amount is sufficient. the campus is nice and the library is open 24hrs. very ideal to get work done at all hours

Needs to have more societies and take use of the historical city that could allow Plymouth university to be a much better university as a whole

Plymouth university is situated in the city center which is very convenient. At the same time it is near residential area too. The equipments they provide are top notch however, the lecturers are not up to standard in my opinion; for my course at least.

Since moving to Plymouth in September 2018 to start my first year studying Photography, I have had many adventures and come across some challenges along the way. I love my flatmates and have clicked with them and I have made many friends. I have joined the university's Christian Union and have felt most welcomed and have got support from some university staff to help me through my journey at Plymouth so far.

The university is very good, providing all the services I need to make sure that I can complete my course to my best ability with good services personal and university related.

The university as a whole seems to be ok but the course isn't as well constructed and organised as I feel it should be, the faliclities we have as a department are very scarce and the money put into it out of our own pockets is ridiculous and we get no support for it

Uni provides best services in all aspects. The faculty is very good. They can come up with more food for vegetarians because the options are less for them. Library is excellent.

The campus has a mixture of semi old small building and nicer modern one. The SU is cheap and is fun at night.
