Pole Fitness

friendly faces, really fun. But a little expensive for how short of a time you get. £8 for 45 minutes and sometimes sharing a pole with someone else doesn't actually give you much time on the pole and is very expensive. But very fun.

I love the pole fitness sessions, the studio they use is fab as well as the instructors. The only sad thing is that I don't feel like people talk much so I can't say I've really made any friends and so far all the socials seem to be drinking related, but I may be wrong!

Would be great, but it’s just too expensive and the woman who runs the class is pretty mean, not really a fan. The girls that run it do a great job, and were it not for the studio and leader, I would gladly go regularly
