Badminton

During my time at uni I had the pleasure of vilunteering and leading the recreational badminton sessions. My first year i attended as normal having never played badminton before. It was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere accepting people of all ablities (mine being complete begginner) however being quite sporty and competitive i picked the sport up quickly with the leaders helping me improve my skills when i wanted assistance. The first year being so great i helped lead the next 2 years being able to pass on skills from my new found talent in sport. The group of people there where all so friendly and we always had a blast everyweek.

It's a very Active and fun sport and the club leaders are very encouraging and friendly. I've been able to meet new people and play with different abilities.
