I love UEL. The campuses are amazing and the people who work there are always ready to help everyone. There are many facilities and I really enjoy it.

My experience at UEL has been a positive one to say the least. I was out of school for 3 years before applying for my Medical Physiology course. As soon as I read the description of the course in the website I was so excited. Then I went to the open day and saw 2 of our 3 campus locations. The Stratford one is 15mins away from where I live and it was beautiful heritage site. I found out as the weeks went by that it was larger than I thought. The people were friendly (My course leaders included). The docklands campus was breathtaking. Large, spacious, modern, beautiful view of the river and airports and did I mention large. Most of the building are new. The accommodation is large and cheaper than all other London based unis. The school also had 2 day taster access which entailed getting an early intro into uni life. I met one of the student ambassadors called Adam and he completely filled me on the ins and out of the course and the uni and how to get ahead. I'm currently working in my first year as s student ambassadors and class representative. My academic advisor has been so helpful, as well as my course leader, with me having student finance issue as well as private issue at home. They have an awesome sportsdock and world class facilities that athletes have trained at. I'm very proud to rep my school.

The docklands campus where I lived was located next to the London city airport which was connected to river Thames and the view was just so beautiful all the time.

The campus is set in a beautiful historic building which is the summer looks magical. For someone studying pharmaceutical I would say the facilities are incredible and very useful in helping me develop further lab skills needed. Within pharmaceutical the practicals hold a huge importance in our understanding of how drugs are developed as well as how you can test them for endurance, etc. Student union have been really helpful in ensuring I feel comfortable and supported during my time at UEL and our pretty much there anytime I need to talk to someone. I haven’t really visited the careers service yet however my friends do tell me they are very useful.

Overall, I feel satisfied by mi University. The thing I like the most is probably all the support the offer you in your path.

I'm studying Civil engineering at this university and the programme is great. We have loads of support from our professors. Currently on my third year and these are only the disadvantages about this university: No car park for students No swimming pool No free printing But that's also on the disadvantage on most universities so apart from that the uni is great. The programme that I am doing has included theory gained on lectures and also at the end of second year we went for 1 week trip where we could transfer our theory into practice. When I'm in the third year, I am keep getting emails about a job to apply for or a invite for presentations about how to build great CV or how to behave on interview.

Campus is very good with big library and lots of resources. Teachers are easily reached and subjects are interesting.

The university is in great proximity from stratford station. Good facilities. Student union could improve. More microwaves.

The university is ok. The food is not great. Support from teachers is there, however sometimes they are very unorganised and there are a lot of absences meaning lessons have to be changed around and we are left feeling unsure about certain things, but they would be quick to threaten to remove you from your course for non attendance.

I am studying film at the University of East London. The first year of studies was primarily essay-based, which was not very motivating or engaging. This year, the course involves a lot more practical elements, which is a lot better and I feel motivated to work hard and achieve my best. I’m excited to go into my third year of studies and graduate!

I currently go Regents Uni but as the name has changed from European Business School it didn't appear on the list. However, I did do my full Fashion Internship with Kim Stevenson at UEL. It was great fun to help her with her upcoming successful brand & enhance my sewing and pattern cutting skills to professional industry standard that I'm using at my university today, giving me the grades I wanted. The atmosphere and the social life there during my breaks was calm, friendly and overall polite. You honestly never feel like you're excluded or the odd one out there, it's almost like everyone's a family. The facilities provided are usefully endless, it's clean, the interior is beautifully colour co-ordinated and not to mention, organised. It's come to no surprise hence being ranked #1 in London for Architecture! Unfortunately, there wasn't much course variety hence me not being able to go here but I guess there is room for improvement everywhere. The rare Fashion Design with Marketing BA course is no longer available at UEL but It would be AMAZING if it were to come back. I'd even drop out of my uni to come here because it's that good. Lovely river view, experience and visit to remember. Thank you

Good to meet people but not many English speaking people and lack of facilities for certain subjects! Good staff overall though

The facilities at the university are so great. They provide great resources that are useful to further my learning, and all of the staff are so helpful. My course is so good and I love all of my lecturers because they make it so easy to understand and interact.

Overall a good uni, moving up the leaderboard and league tables. Really good psychology facilities. The library is 24 hours which is super helpful. Really nice atmosphere. Location of accommodation is lovely, right on the docs and a central location.

I like the fact that in my university you actually had to study as the social life wasn’t all that Also the lecturers are really good in my subject anyways I done biomedical sciences so it was crucial that they supported us throughout which I felt happened I do wish there was more one to one support with my tutor for my dissertation

I’m not sure about other courses. But the arts at university of east London is awful. Architecture is their only priority. I also haven’t had lesson for 3 weeks due to my teachers.

The facilities are brilliant for the arts I.e dance music and acting, with brilliant studios for performances. The building is also equipped with recording studios for band recordings or just mixing, which always helps with coursework too.
