The staff at this university are all wonderful. I went from being an overly anxious 18 year old barely achieving firsts to a confident, excited 21 year old graduating with a 2.1 . I could not have got here without all the exceptional support off staff. Occasionally I'd be brought coffees or food by staff they were THAT friendly. I will be back staffs! But for now, over and out... and thank you!

I was a student for over 4-years at Staffordshire University. When first starting, there was a Stafford campus and Stoke-on-Trent campus. In my placement year, Stafford closed and things started to go downhill from there. I have had many issues with lecturers, not been able have access to councilor support and been penalised for my disabilities.

Everyone's friendly, campus is close to halls if you stay. Information available on everything, so looking forward to going in September.

You cannot fail with this university, the amazing support and the amount of in depth information is given during your course helps you with majority of your modules and the role of a professional

The course is well laid out, some of the teachers are brilliant and enthusiastic about what they do, this makes learning easier.

Not a great location but uni facilities are great. The nightlife on campus is appalling clearly nobody knows what they're doing as this year we had cascada and the chuckle brothers.

My University/ college is very good for people with disabilities, or people who genuinely struggle with writing, my personal experience with this university has been rather pleasant. At the end of the year our class will get together and we will present our end of year piece give each other feedback then we will have a little party to reward all our great efforts.

Great range of courses, not very good lecturers though as they don't really drive you to come in and they tend to just read out a power point however most of the practical lessons are very good and a lot can be learnt in them. However there was also a time that the lecture halls were over capacity and I had to stand outside the hall to attend the lecture, very poor planning there as we pay for it.

The campus was sometimes confusing find rooms but staff were always super helpful and pointed me in the right direction, my course was well organised and helped me learn so much in such a short time, the teachers were always available to contact for questions and always made themselves available if you needed see them, Gradex (an event held to showcase work) was well run and met so many people from the games industry. Fantastic uni!

Not enough staff to support. Mostly independent study. No guidance. There wasn’t a structure to what the lessaona nd seminars were. 80% was indented studies. And there was a lot of favouritism going on.

I've been studying Music Technology at Staffordshire University for 5 years and absolutely love it! There's something for everyone when it comes to nightlife and societies, and the facilities are brilliant.

It’s a very good uni, the only thing is that the nightlife ain’t the best. However it lets you focus on uni work.

Always trying to better itself, including new courses and new buildings. Most courses have a specific building. The English and Creative Writing students are kind of everywhere though. The library is great and students union is very active.

There are plenty of things to do on campus, the main problem is that they are not advertised enough most of the time and can be over priced. The Gobble club night on a Wednesday is always a good night out, entry is quite cheap if you book it online but drinks can be a little over priced. My course is okay, some of the lectures/ tasks feel irrelevant but I understand it is to help develop other skills we will later need. There are plenty of societies to join as well which is good to get most people involved in some way. There are also some great facilities on offer. Overall an underrated university.

Uni is good. Good course. Pleasant and helpful tutors. Only let down is the city itself. A lot of teaching is left up to the student with only basics show in lectures but this is fine. Assignments are well communicated with nice assessment guidelines. Deadlines are sometimes iffy and change from the original stated.

Great university, the lecturers are supportive and will always make sure you understand your course. It's also great if you stay on to do post grad courses you get the alumni discount which is a massive help!

Staffordshire university is amazing, the staff are so helpful and are always happy to help. The restaurant includes good food that is reasonably priced. The student union are helpful and although I haven't had to, I sense they will always be on your side if there was an issue. They also arrange really good night's out and activities for students. I find the work load sustainable, as I completed a full time access course in social sciencs whilst also working part time.

The University itself if brilliant: the halls of residence are lovely and everyone on campus is very friendly. The facilities for all courses are well equipped for students to use with ease. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is due to my individual course has not been fully as expected. Despite my course I am enjoying my time here.

After visiting the uni a couple of years ago I was instantly drawn to it. I've visited a few times via school/college trips And Sheree teaching experiences. I strongly believe that if this isn't one of your choices, change it. Its an amazing university filled with unique, like minded students all attempting to thrive in their courses.

Overall the uni is great, the lecturers and staff are all friendly and approachable, the facilities are amazing, especially for people on my course - forensic science - as the university has a partnership with Staffordshire police, allowing us to have guest speakers from the police. The student union always has something organised for the students to do.

This university funds out campus at Liverpool Media Academy and the curriculum without a doubt is amazing! As an actress in training it covers all the key parts to develop as an actor including; Screen acting, voice acting development classes, academic one to one and Theatre studies. All the lecturers are extra supportive and a majority of my friends and I find it very easy to talk to them about out struggles or weaknesses without feeling anxious. The facilities are brilliant, we have 2 mac rooms we are able to hve access to at any time during the timetabled day, we also have drink dispensers, green rooms and a lot of video camera to work with. We have also had Q&As with professional actors.

campus is layed out well, good facilities such as restraunts however a little expensive. Policing and criminal investigation is a good course. good experience so far.

The university supports the well being of all students and offfers the support in which people require. There are good links between lecturers and students to help them get support whilst off campus
