Roehampton University is a fantastic place to be. It offers support if you’re struggling, and there is always someone available to talk to. Since being there, I’ve met some great people who will I’m sure I’ll be friends with for years, and have been given great opportunities for extra curricular things. There’s lots to do around campus, and their library is fantastic, staying open for 24 hours when exams are due, with cute cafes with good priced drinks. When you walk around the campus, you wouldn’t think you were in the middle of London, the beautiful scenery and the lovely lake by Grove House is gorgeous. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The people are very nice, the uni itself is organised and managed well. It’s a beautiful place, full of nature but not much to do around the university for fun.

Nice halls at elm grove and library. Bop nights are not good. Could have better washing machine facilities. Too much building work going on in front of the accommodation and since start of university in September.

Overall I'd say my experience at roehampton has been positive so far, the course I've chosen (religious studies) has been really interesting and the lecturers have been so friendly and interesting to listen to. On the other hand the university itself is very quiet, which could be good or bad depending on your preferences, but this means it's tricky to make friends outside of your accommodation.

In my final term at Roehampton and has been a great 3 years. I study Psychology and Counselling and having a separate campus for Psychology is great as well as being close enough to main campus. Roehampton is in a great location so easy to get into nearby boroughs such as Richmond and Putney as well as central London.

Exceptional lecturers, great facilities and always new things to learn. Everybody can get involved in some way, as there are societies for everybody and the gym is great too. Academically, the support is amazing.

Overall good courses (dance studies) offered but they require more organisation and perhaps more opportunities for those who are not just interested in the improvisation sector of dance.

Psychology is an excellent course. All the lecturers know exactly what they're talking about and make the lectures interactive and engaging. The main campus is absolutely stunning; there's so much beautiful scenery to see. Definitely recommend it!

Roehampton university is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extremely supportive and the course I take is very interesting and the university itself has made being on the course an amazing experience so far.

Student union is good for the times when you need to have a break from the same 4 walls in you flat and it's nice to relax and not need to cook with the lovely services of the pub grub food shack within the student union.

Roehampton is overall a great experience for all students. Not only is the staff and there to help you with your course, but they are also there to guide you through life after uni and are there to support you if you are struggling with your mental health as well. The newly-designed library, opened in 2017, accommodates all learning and studying types, with 4 floors of vast study space and resources. Learning aside, the RSU are very active and involved in student life by hosting tons of super fun nights out and on campus. The opportunities are limitless when it comes to sports and societies. What I really appreciate about Roehampton is that even though it does have around 10,000 students, it never feels overwhelmingly massive as a university. It's a great atmosphere to learn in, with Central London only a bus or tube ride away.

This university has a beautiful campus and with every year that passes by the university is flooded with friendly and social students. Speaking of social, the Roehampton students union is unmatched when it comes to creating nights out for Roehampton students.

The university has given the opportunity to expiernce independent life whilst exploring the London culture. With friendly and helpful staff, newly built library and the real sense of community I can honestly say that studying at Roehampton has been the best choice for me.

Excellent university. Has the best student union who are inclusive of everyone and make sure that there's something for everyone. My course was psychology and the teaching and support we had from our department was nothing but excellent. I wish I could do the three years all over again!

I'm studying I the Whitelands campus so it doesn't have as good facilities as the main campus, we do lack a library but the main campus is a 15/20 minuets walk away. The food isn't as good as in the main campus and can be quite pricey, and do not offer a lot of healthy vegan & veggie options, overall the university is quite good and a little bit casual which I like.

The campus is all together which is nice when living all campus as all facilities are easily accessible. They have a giant, modern library full of many books. I study sociology and am in second year therefore so far it has taught me a variety of things and the lecturers continue to make it fun and enjoyable to attend. We have many societies which I think is good for everyone as not everyone are drinkers so don't get the full opportunity to meet people on nights out therefore societies gives those people who don't drink opportunity to make friends and have fun whilst at university.

The Univer is brilliant. It provides free university bus sercices from Barnes Station to different campuses of the university. It also provides a lot of help for students whether they need help physycally, mentally or with their education.

The campus is very pretty and the new buildings like the accommodation and library are very nice and modern. However, the student Union is very poor. The uni club looks and sounds like a school disco and the majority of the people hate the music. There are serious issues with sexual assault but nothing is ever done about it, instead the victim is practically blamed and the university do not care. The student resources aren't great either, the lecturers don't even record the lectures which is what most universities in the UK do now because it helps so much with studies. They also do not really help students with financial and mental problems, they try and look like they're helping but basically leave you to struggle.

The Drama Studies course is amazing, the modules you get to chose interest you so you enjoy going to them. All staff are extremely helpful, whether you're worried about your assignments or uni life in general. Students on campus are inviting and welcoming and always happy to help.

Good university but could focus on the curriculum more with more examinations and better use of lesson time.

Beautiful campus with all the facilities in close proximity including several cafes and diners. On our course we have had sufficient help in doing the best we can for our degree, our lecturers are always there to offer advice to us when needed. We also have received a lot of help from careers in our work placement module including guest speakers from people in our industry. Overall Roehampton has been a great university!

The staff are alll very friendly and supportive to all students. The campus is beautiful and when walking around at night, you can see the sky because of how natural the surrounding is. The student union provided a wide variety of activities and societies like student ball and winter ball
