Rugby League

Rugby union is a great society to be a part of, the socials and overall organisation of the club is great, the progression in the club is good as well, I’ve really enjoyed my time playing trent rugby so far and look forward to playing again

I do rugby union but there was no option for this. I’ve had a great 2 years in rugby and have really enjoyed my time. The socials are always fun and interesting, and I’ve formed some lasting friendships with the boys.

Rugby league has been great so far. Although we havn’t won any matches it’s a great time and a great way to make new friends outside of my course. Also there isn’t the laddish culture that is associated with other societies and no one is forced to do anything. What we lack is numbers as we are struggling to get a 2nd team across and support from the university that other clubs get although we do get physio and s&c
