The staff are generally friendly and well versed in the realities of the business sectors they previously worked in. This practical knowledge gives them an edge in teaching over other universities which stress academia over all else. Additionally the facilities are spacious and up to date along with being built to be as sustainable as possible, at least the business school definitely is. I feel that my course has prepared me quite well for the world of business as I was very happy with my time overall at the university.

The campus is pretty good, although personally for myself with being injured it is difficult to get to each of the buildings. The student union is brilliant to get pretty much anything you need

A Modern university with facilities that are quite new, confortable environment. Course is well led with brilliant tutors and good support. Engineering school provides funded facilities and resources for students.

The campus buildings are nice. The business school building is modern, and there are multiple cafes to get food during breaks. The whole campus is very clean, and a nice environment to be in. The library has 5 floors with different sections and the top floor has a study space which I find nice to study in as it's a relaxed atmosphere. The student union provides information, a supply shop, a starbucks and a restaurant which are nice to go to once in a while. My course is Events Management and MMU was one of the only universities I could find this course at. I like my course as it is 12 hours per week and some subjects really interest me. However, as I am quiet I find it hard to make friends, and I sometimes feel a bit lonely while in class. Overall I am satisfied with my university and it is better than I thought it would be.

The campus is good and the building I am based in is very modern and stylish. The union is also nice but not as nice as uni of Sheffield where I did my undergraduate. The course itself is ok. Some of the tutors are not very nice and can be disorganised. The building I am in is really nice, clean with great facilities and very nice on campus food. I eat lots every day . The campus appears to be policed well by security and it feels very safe. It is also good that most of the accomodation is on campus as it makes me happy .

My course is interesting and it is nice to experience a new city. When I started university I'm automatically on the student union.

Modern building with good facilities. My course fashion buying and merchandising is very enjoyable and the lecturers are helpful in trying to secure us a placement for next year.

Although my course was badly run, the university it’s self is good. Great place. I don’t regret choosing MMU

It's located right in the centre which gives such a nice vibe for after university experiences and allows you to easily go everywhere without having to go far. MMU is welcoming and the staff really will support you with any and every query regardless of your background. Resources and facilities are HQ and abundantly available which makes life so much easier. I have had the best time of my life at MMU and due to their support I always manages to do better.

Facilities on campus are extremely up to date, and there are plenty of services available in relation go careers. However, feedback for coursework is extremely sparse and not helpful at all.

Good student union and library. Always events and activities going on and loads of clubs and societies to join.

The campus isn't very large but the building s and facilities are new and nice to the eye. There are a variety of facilities available to help anyone from any course and support hubs in every building if you need help. The student union has cosy places to sit and chill or grab some food/ last minute stationary. Overall, everything was pretty well organised throughout the year when it came to exams and assessments, coursework and results were always returned in time.

The layout of the uni is really easy to follow and all the buildings are very modern, spacious and clean. The lecture theatres are big and the chairs are super comfy - great if you need to take a sneaky nap at the back. The library has 5 floors with spaces for group work, working in silence and on computers - although in the day during deadlines it can get really busy. I really enjoyed my course and am very glad I chose to come here. The teaching staff are enthusiastic about what they teach and are always willing to help. The actual course content was really interesting. There are loads of society’s and sports clubs to get involved in and they are a great way to meet new people outside of your course. The student union is big and modern however I didn’t spend much time there as it was only ever of interest to me when they had particular events on such a comedy gigs. The overall organisation of the university is good. There are always people on hand to show you were you’re going and to help with any questions you might have. The time table was easy to follow and I always knew what I had to read next and when my next deadline was.

Good scientific resources, they let you use a lot more of the equipment yourself unlike other universities where you have to have academics use them for you/intensively monitor your use. The union offers great support on all issues and is a great social hub. The campus buildings in Manchester are all within comfortable walking distance and are very close to the city centre. The sports opportunities are also incredible varied.

Very clean uni Some lectures care more than others, sometimes no communication between staff in lecture and seminars which can be very annoying

The campus is small and clean it’s easy to get across and between all of the buildings. The student union is fantastic and runs sport classes throughout the week for free so I typically do yoga twice a week and swim twice too which means I don’t need to waste money on a gym membership.

Man Met is a huge uni but that means there is something for everyone. Some of the buildings are a little ugly but they've got great facilities

Everyone's really friendly and helpful. Facilities are pretty good and lectures are great. Decent and big sized with alot to do around the area. Great location

The campus is set out to give students a clear idea of how student life actually works. It allows us to communicate well between each other and they are also in perfect locations.

Good and big facilities for students. Library opens 24/7 which is very good for students to study. I think most of us as students did not really getting involved or engaged with the student unions.

Good facilities, new building. Good course and staff however the timetables could be better as in 4 days a week better if it was only 3. Staff are helpful when trying to find a placement

Overall I've had an amazing time at MMU, everything has always been easy to access/find and you get a lot of help. I'd maybe suggest a stronger mental health support though.

Plenty of resources available online and in the library. Lots of study space for independent work, good support from tutors. The campus is usually clean and comfortable, the facilities around the campus are great - easy to acces by bus but could be better for driving!
