Pole fitness is a fun activity. Each session has 5 poles with 2/3 people per pole so everyone has an ample turn. There's stretching sessions on Mondays and Fridays with practice sessions. They organise many extra activities such as clubbing and the local fun fairs. As well as larger competitions between other pole fitness clubs. It's organised well with good time slots for teaching (an hour on Wednesdays) and information is posted on facebook about any changes or other activities.
