It's an amazing social club with complete beginners up to GB athletes. There are loads of races, socials, cakes, face paint throughout the year. There are 2 weekly fitness sessions for core strength as well as intervals, track sessions and social runs throughout the week. Thetr are weeklu socials on a wednesday and 2 big dinners throughout the year

Excellent social side with great team spirit for what it technically a solo sport. A hefty amount of training opportunities provided with a different session every day of the week including a Sunday breakfast run with a hot breakfast cooked by a volunteer in the club.
