Great team well lead by the captains and great support amongst the other rowers. There is, however, a lot of pressure and its highly competitive between other rowers and other teams..

This society is great, dmu has invested a lot of money into sports and sports equipment. We have a full time coach and train almost everyday. It makes you feel like you are really part of something.

Resources and equipment are top notch, all top of the range - however not utilised due to the coach being an awful university member of staff. Club members have depleted since his arrival, with no other student at DMU liking the club. Organisation is very poor, with training decided on the day, whenever is convenient for him. Self-orientated person, looking for his own gains rather than club as a whole.
