The campus itself is big and modernised. Have access to coffee shops and canteen, with halal cold and warm food. Optometry course is very well organised, staff are very kind and helpful. Fairly newly built City Sight clinic helped a lot in 3rd year, amazing new technology like the OptoMap machine, OCT and several visual fields machines.

Campus is really great, lots of coffee shops inside and around the university. Good careers services and a mentoring scheme that provides you with a professional mentor in the field chosen by you. Staff are amazing and helpful. The university is placed in a good area with two tube stations at a 10 mins walk.

The university was great, no issues with the campus. There were issues with online lecture capture, hopefully they will be solved in the future. They have a silly attendance system. Student union and career serivce is top class.

Had an amazing experience. The lecturers were all extremely helpful and always on hand to help when needed outside lectures. The social vibe was really good and CityBar is a great place to relax and have sports nights. More late licenses would have been amazing.

I joined Cass Business School (City, University of London) because of their strong, respetable reputation. However, three years in enrollment (I am currently doing an industrial placement year) I can tell that there is so much more to reputation. Here, I have a feeling that I really do matter. They offer you all sorts of support methods whether it is for you career, your academic performance, your social life or event your mental wellbeing. I am studying a BSc in Accounting and Finance. The modules selected are great and we study more modules than in most other universities, which I believe give us an advantage since our knowledge is broader and more reinforced. Most of the teachers are prestigious leading experts on their fields and have taught in the best universities of the world. They make an effort to keep lectures engaging wherever possible. The student union is a quite present body. They organise many events throughout the year and put a lot of effort in finding the best representatives for us. They offer help whenever you have a problem within the university. They have helped my friends with appeals on extenuating circumstances and even myself when I had a problem with a student. The career service is pretty good too. There is always temporary jobs available in case you want to earn something whilst studying. The Cass building is quite modern and the one at City is more traditional. However, they have been investing a lot in changing things and we have a new modern entrance and modern study areas and classrooms.

The first thing I would rate 5/5 is my university course. The course director and lecturers are incredible and the course content (even the boring parts) have been made engaging and interactive by making the students engage in blog posts and Twitter. I had never had Twitter before I started my course and can happily say I'm glad I was encouraged to sign up . The campus is great, if not a little confusing to get around, but always nice spaces to do work and Northampton square is a great place to have lunch in the summer. I haven't had much contact eith the student union but any I have had has been good, very helpful. The student ambassordors on my course are super helpful and always pass on important information directly to us. Is bub thanks to them The virtual learning environment for my course cannot be praised enough excellent resources and plenty to keep us busy. My only negative comment would be some of the rooms do not have plug sockets so its difficult if you have a laptop in lectures that run a few hours. Food is very decent in the canteen.

City is a fantastic university to attend. It has a hugely diverse campus and is very accepting of everyone from all cultures. The university holds itself to a very high standard and that shines through in the professionalism of the graduates.

Very employability focused uni with many top employers coming for workshops and talks so great for building your network. The careers dept is always happy to help with cvs, interviews etc and hold many events for developing skills and knowledge. Teaching has been great. The lecturers are always happy to help with queries and encourage one to one rather than emails to really develop your understanding and the tutorial teachers really know their stuff. Course (Economics) has a fair level of exams, coursework and practical work such as learning to use Stata for data analysis. Most students seem to commute in but the union still makes every effort to hold events, from freshers fair to animal farms to stress and relax events around exam times Societies are great at events, have to commend the City Tech Society who selflessly make use of their free time to hold events to teach students practical coding, and have networking events as well as hackathons. They're brilliant and really improved the uni experience for me.

It's really good to study here. Dedicated staff, cutting edge facilities and a good campus in a historic quarter of London. I feel like my master's is setting me up well for a future career and I have enjoyed it thoroughly so far.

I like my course at university and particularly like how small my classes are. I do a very hard course (Actuarial Science) and am impressed with the amount of extra classes I have (ie surgery hours and exercise classes). The campus is very small which has its advantages as it's very easy to get around. Sometimes it gets very crowded, especially the lower two floors of the library.

I absolutely love city university especially for its societies. As a first year student, I felt very uncomfortable in a brand new place, finding it hard to mingle. However due to the various societies and the effort made for freshers week. I was making friends in no time. Once lectures started, I was able to find the rooms easily and everyone was always willing to help even when they were busy. I can't wait for the next few years ahead.

Campus is clean and easy to get to by public transport and keeps growing which is always good. I am currently on the Law LLB course, the course and facilities are good and help if provided when needed . The students union is very helpful in providing advice and fun and creative ways of bringing students together with the large number of societies on campus there is something for everyone.

The university campus is very nice and clean and has many signs that help direct you to where you need to go. My course is adult nursing and I am enjoying it so far as we have had plenty of lectures and seminars and also practical lessons to help with the course in preparation for assignments and exams.

City university of London has many fun activities put in place by the student union. This proved to be extremely useful and refreshing during the examination season. Some sessions put in place includes a puppy petting session and a petting zoo in north Hampton square. There are also really good studying facilities out in pace by the uni for independent and group study. Some of these include free Woking areas, such as the ground level of the dysdale building had been recently renovated due to a student vite and had now become a spacious and modern group study area with two floors. Alternatives include, a six floor library with 3 silent study levels and group study rooms in the third floor of the libary m, which can be booked in advance
