It was a society that was inclusive to every body - much like Glee. It lacked professionalism and promoting industry standards, but it was fun. This said, I would have liked more emphasis on dancing and singing at the same time, instead of wasted time on lip syncs in actual showcase (as an exercise lip syncs are fun but paying audiences should not have to watch them). It was a supportive environment filled with performance opportunities, movie nights, quiz nights, theatre trips, flash mobs and pub crawls. The society did not get much support from the brunel student union, who forced us to raise entry fees while sports became free (despite us needing no equipment or uniform or travel expenses etc), and they made our lives hell for finding rehearsal rooms and putting up posters, did not attend any performances and rarely responded to emails.
