I am situated in the edgbaston campus which is where all the social sciences are taught such as sports science, radiography and biomedical science. The campus was recently built and is very attractive. The inside of he building is just as nice. The library is in the centre of the building on the ground floor and is a very nice, large space to do your work, including a quiet area for those who need to concentrate more. There is an ask desk where students and staff can go to ask any questions regarding the university or personal questions from career to mental health problems and there is always someone there to help.

Since starting uni I've enjoyed it a lot. BCU is a good place to study they have a really good library and student resources, everyone who works there including the security are all really helpful and polite

I am doing adult nursing. The uni is great for nursing couldn't fault it! There is lots of support available and lots or learning opportunities there for you.

Overall great but you do not get value for money. I have to pay for all my resources so sometimes I wonder what I am paying £9k for. They also give everyone £5 print credit to everyone, however I believe this should be based on your degree choice as some degrees requires more printing.

The campus is great, lots of different areas to study and it's a nice environment with friendly people. The people on my course are friendly and everyone gets along with each other when doing work and helping each other out. There's always space to hang out especially in groups, such as study rooms, the library, booths on almost every floor. The campus is 10 mins walk from the town centre so everything is easily accessible.

The campus is brilliant and well equipped. However, the course that I am on should be more organised.

Study at the city south campus. Nice small campus for the nursing students as well as the trainee teachers. Every thing is so easy to find and the building is very simple to get around.

The university is a modern and well looked after university. They have more than one campus the but the campus I was located at was in cursing street. Lecturers are good and all facilities available to students are also good.

Buildings are really nice, teachers really depends on luck, but good experience overall. Plenty of societies to join & computers to use if you don't have one.

Communication could be improved upon attending the course and course description was beyond poor. The facilities are great & loads of people to help whenever needed.

Overall the facilities were of a high standard, with lots of places to study, eat and socialise, including the university pub, which served lovely food and drinks. The lecture halls were a mixture of old and new facilities, due to there being the old millennium point building and the new parkside and Curzon buildings, however, most of the equipment needed was moderately new, although some could do with updating for the media courses, as some were broken in certain ways. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, especially during final year when more self directed study was needed, although sometimes it was hard to follow the briefs provided and that should be looked into. Overall a great university that could do with some updated lecture halls and media equipment.

Birmigham City University is amazing. Such great courage to get things done and just had new block built within, with libary etc, very smart. The halls of residents within the university are all clean and tidy and well secure; everything to except for a university canpus to have. The university itself has a lot of options and a lot of help within, amazing!

This university is clean and modern and has up to date facilities. Whether it's specialist equipment or generic computers that you're after, they're is usually one available. Lectures are sometimes useful even though they are repetitive of my undergraduate years. It would be better if the course was more specialised. Location is great in terms of being in the city but just outside of the hustle and bustle of the crowds but is next to Digbeth which is useful for artistic courses and offers work spaces and opportunities for all students. I would recommend this university to potential undergraduates and postgraduates.

The university campus is nice. The new modern building allows the opportunity to have more space to work and relax. The experience I have had with the careers service has been pleasant, this involved different organisations coming in to speak to students about current and future opportunities, which was helpful and informing.

Birmingham City University is a good uni for me. I took graphic communication, which was supported well, as there is a print room which is really good and numerous digital printers which is helpful. The normal printers dotted around site can be quite annoying as sometimes they go down which is frustrating if you need something there and then, but they do get fixed reasonaly quickly. The atmosphere is nice, and the lecturers are kind and understanding. Overall, it is a really nice place to be.

The course i study is pretty demanding,it is diagnostic radiography and it is exhausting as you have rota'd Placement every year in which your expect to do competencies as well as do your uni work which can be a hard balance to achieve! ,the campus itself has the facilities I require which is beneficial and the careers service and student union I haven't engaged with in my time at uni.

The campus is really well located; near the town centre. It's easily accessible via bus or train, bus stops outside or a few minutes walk away. Two train stations ten minutes away. Ideal for people who commute. The facilities are really good, they cater for numerous amount of people and courses. My course which is graphic communication is great, tutors are helpful. Lectures are informative. Computers and quiet work zones in each building and on every floor. Student union is something I haven't taken a proper look at but they are there as I receive emails all the time about upcoming events and information about the university. There is also several accommodation buildings near by for people who want to live away from home and don't want the hassle of commuting.

The university have amazing facilities and have always been helpful in providing support in any areas that I have needed it. The teaching is at a good standard some improvements could be made but overall the university has supported me well.

The city centre campus is really modern and functional. The lecturers are all really helpful and willing to go above and beyond what is needed to help. The canteen food is a bit expensive but its nice. The accomodation is problematic at times but looks nice and modern.

The SU is brilliant tbh, but there's a revolving door of visiting lecturers which I wish would stay consistent for the BLSS dept. They're all still really good though, the careers services are easy access and there's good facilities and a stonkin good student pub
