Student Hut's February Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
- No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw is open to those aged 16 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
- To be eligible for the prize, users must complete at least one survey with the Student Hut panel during the month of March 2022.
- Entries (completed panel surveys) must be received by midnight 31st March 2022. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
- Entries (completed surveys with an email address entered) received after midnight 31st March 2022 will be ineligible.
- Entries are limited to sixth formers and current university students. All other entries will be null and void.
- We will allow one entry per survey completion.
- There will be one prize.
- The prize for the winner is a ticket to a UK-based festival of their choice, subject to availability and costing a maximum of £150.00 GBP.
- The winner will be notified via email within two weeks of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- To obtain details of the winner, please email [email protected] stating the name of the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants recognise that their personal data must be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw.
- By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
