Lovely place to live, very social living area with really nice facilities and friendly staff. Love my room and the flat itself, really spacious and provided with good equipment.

Location is great, 15 minute walk from the university and surrounded by shops. Good for a football fan as it's a short walk to Bramall Lane. My room is decent, a few problems with the bathroom but nothing major. Nice and comfortable, keeps very warm during the winter too. My flatmates are foreign so it hasn't been a great experience with being sociable, I try my best but it proves difficult when they don't speak English well. Youre alerted to any news or problem as soon as possible which is great, ive also been locked out of my room at one time and the response time from the help team was great. Rent pricing is acceptable. Overall, it's good and I recommend it to others.

Kitchen area is very good, room is reasonable size but big enough, great location being so close to supermarkets and not too far from the pubs and clubs.

The forge is great. There’s plenty to do there with a gym, games activities and outside areas to hang around with friends. The staff there are also great and I’ve with any issues I’ve had they have helped solve them as soon as they could.

Great facilities with hundred of people to meet, drink and go out with. Staff are really kind and friendly, with lots of easy methods to contact and sort issues or awnser inquires. The accommodation is very safe and secure with the need of a thob to get in and out. Right next to Aldi too which is great for saving money.

Very good security. Gated with fob access. I had the larger room in my corridor of 5 which was plenty big enough, bathroom just slightly small. Big space wise and desk area were great, including double bed. Didn’t use the social areas, didn’t see them advertised much. Outdoor areas within the gated area were well presented and good for a sunny day. Located wise it was good for Wilkinson’s and aldi and cheap eateries. Within short 15 minute walk of city campus and train station.

Located in a prime spot with reasonable size rooms. Compared to other halls, it was value for money at the time when I stayed.

The halls are located at an even distance between both campuses, and a 10 minutes walk away from the clubs Code and Plug. The receptionists are all lovely and very helpful, and during the week there are sweets or drinks or breakfast spreads out. The downside is that the maintenance requests often take awhile to be resolved despite the email saying that it will be looked at by the next day. The flat will have damaged when you arrive, our sofa was torn and one of the feet were missing, as well as numerous other minor chips and knocks so I don’t know where they spent the damage deposits from last years tennets.

Sofa had cigarette burns, unhelpful staff when flat mates don’t stop something extremely irritating and unreasonable Good location Bad overall experience Not worth the money
