Fenton House

Although Fenton house is modern, often kept to a good tidy standard with excellent facilities, the staff often don't act like they want to Be there. Communication is something that needs to be voiced to the staff and residents. In order to have any response to requests or questions you have to 'nag', as such, the staff for at lease 2-3 weeks before getting a response. We are not children living here, they don't always make the first experience living away from home easy.
