Central Quay I felt was a great student halls to live in. As the accommodation it's self was maintained to a high standard and the modern kitchens and bedrooms were in excellent condition. All the staff were very helpful and especially for packages being delivered. There was a social space in the reception although I was quite small this meant it was always busy. The laundry room onsite along with the study area was somewhere I used often. However I did use the gym but not often as I did not feel it was that well equipped. Would have been great if there was a free weights area.

The facilities are good - free gym, washing facilities, quiet study room. The bedrooms are very modern and clean. The kitchen is not so modern but still nice. Overall I am very happy with this accommodation, its only downfall is the location as it is a bit of a walk to the city centre.

Central Quay is set in Sheffield's independent area next to the river. Quiet location and easy access to motorways. Room was big and spacious, bathroom had everything you needed. Communal kitchen was big enough for everyone to have enough cooking equipment. Underground parking and near some amazing food places

This accomodation is overall not a bad place to live. However it is a good 20-25 minute walk to the city campus all up hill. It is good in the fact that it has car parking but it comes at an extra cost and is not cheap. The rooms themselves are okay with ample room for everything and if ever there was an issue it was usually sorted within a couple of days of reporting it.

The location was nice. Loads of little pubs around with a river view and couple of supermarkets. Far walk from other accomodation. Bad social experience due to random grouping in flats and language barriers. Few problems with wifi over the year and laundry room out of use for longer than a week. Room was spacious and maintenance requests attended to fairly quickly.

The Halls are clean and modern with 2 big courtyards which include ping pong tables which is nice in freshers when it’s hot. There’s also a communal area by reception with a pool table and sofas. However the accomodation is far away from uni and night life and it is a steep uphill walk to these places.

The rooms themselves are reasonably sized, as are the kitchen areas. However, the prices are astronomical for what they are. The location is also very poor, as it’s quite a way out from the centre, as well as not being near to a supermarket.

It was an amazing experience!! One of things that I loved the most was the barbecue. The rooms were very spacious.

The flats at central quay are excellent and cleaned every two weeks and make the accommodation a very comfortable place to live. There are good facilities, 24-hour security and friendly staff that can help you with any problems you might have.

Clean social areas, big rooms, mattress very springy and not comfortable, Manu issues with the lock to my flat but generally good.

Nice walking distance from the uni, helpful staff and lovely place to live. Spent my three years living here and felt safe and not afraid to ask the staff any questions. Maintenance solve all problems quickly and efficiently.

My room is ok but it doesn't feel very unique and homely. The laundry is also very expensive to use, the location is nice though near the centre and not far from the uni
