Actaul accommodation was fine but the water kept going yellow, pressure was terrible & horrible. Rooms were nice & spaciaous. But people I lived with were a mess, noisy disruptive, rude & although I made multiple complaints no actions were taken to resolve the smoking and mess

Really nice halls, lovely kitchen/living space. Rooms were clean and big considering the amount of rooms per flat. As it was a new halls it was disappointing that the fridge didn’t always close properly and that the freezer wouldn’t go to the right temperature. Overall a good place tho.

Absolutely wonderful halls. The rooms are modern and spacious with tons of shelf and storage space. The kitchen living area is huge and well equipped. The reception staff are super friendly and the general vibe of the place is great. It’s also in a lovely location overlooking peel Park. Thoroughly enjoying my time here.

This accommodation is brilliant, the facilities are amazing. The location is on campus for the uni and then far enough away from Manchester with shops close by. Good value for money.

Ideal location, centre of the campus where I currently study, but very close to Manchester city centre. Facilities are very modern and well maintained, so many amazing things to do inside the halls (games room, cinema etc). Rooms are well sized and the kitchens are very generous with space. Overall a really nice place to live.

Peel Park at The University of Salford is one of the most modern and attractive ubiversity accommodation which I have visited. The layout of the building allows each student to get to know others and the location is very close to the university meaning you don't have to travel far.

The halls are really clean and modern, the receptionists are helpful. Mail can sometimes be delayed and has sometimes been lost in reception

Very convieniently located on the main Peel Park campus and not far of a walk to the Fredrick road campus. Very good quality with lots of shelves in the rooms for personal items, a double bed and an en suite. It's all very modern as it is newly opened a couple of years ago. The kitchen and living space is very large with an island in the kitchen, a large table and sofas and a coffee table in the living space. I live with 7 other people which i thought would be too many but I think it's a good amount. Plenty of cupboard and fridge/ freezer space for everyone. There is also a laundry room which is handy and a cinema room which can be booked out which we have used a couple of times to watch films or tv shows which is very nice. Only downfall is some of the staff, some of them aren't very nice or accommodating and our flat have had some bad experiences with them, especially security who refused to help out someone who was highly intoxicated and even though we didn't know him we had to help him by ourselves. Howevever, there are some staff that are very nice and when we complained about the security they got back to us quickly and told us they would give more training.

Close to university campus, really modern and nice. Parties are amazing, rooms are a good size for price wth a nice en-suite and only a £4 uber away from Manchester City centre. WiFi is quicker than my home

Amazing accommodation located on campus. Helpful staff and ensuite bathroom. What else could you ask for.

The accommodation itself is modern, spacious and comfortable. The 3/4 bed is a real bonus. The living area is massive which is useful if you’re doing pre drinks(the important stuff). Although I do think it’s a bit overpriced to be completely honest. Also reception staff are a bit clueless sometimes. The free gym on site is great. I’ve no major complaints, maintenance sort things out relatively quickly. I’d definitely stay here over John lester and Eddie Coleman, much more convenient for lectures as it’s on campus.

Overall a good place to stay especially first year. Good sized bed and a really good desk and lots of shelves covering a whole wall. Wouldn't say there's any need for any bigger than a bronze room which makes it fairly cheap as well. Sometimes the staff can be a little off especially security at night which we had some problems with however we emailed complaining about this and we're quickly replied to and the staff we're trained on the issue we had which we can't complain about. Really good social spaces as it's fun to book out the cinema room with flat mates for the night. Also really close to everywhere you need to be like classes train station and bus stops.

Brilliant accommodation. Right on campus, two minutes away from the library and lecture theatres. All bills included, quick maintenance fixes, helpful staff and security. Secure car park and building. Very comfortable and homely rooms. 10/10
